Ok so not really sure the place isn't a very good no it isn't a good place at all . The owners really needs to relocate servers , and jokes of a cooks , and the male manager that shouldn't be working in a place that they haven't a clue in the job description no pr at all literally 10 people was in the restaurant. People seated way after when we got there got our drinks order our food it literally took over a hour to bring to the table and then it wasn't right . Yes . I use to cook a long time ago but it literally wouod have taken maybe 45 mins to have made all of the other people in that restaurant to have there meal done so why they . I guess had no clue how to cook hash browns or even biscuits and gravy and eggs on one plate . The um excuse of a manager try to blame the new waitress. Saying she was new . I really wish the owner could contact me sir or ma'am you need to relocate all of your workers and maybe hire people that knows how to set up a hamburger which that was the guy that was bald that was barking orders on how things was or supposed to be made . The what I seen 2 cooks shouldn't be cooking at all maybe they need to have a real cook to come in and retrain them they haven't a clue as what there doing and also the black gentleman that . I guess he was the so called manager and the little black lady and sorry not sure what her name was she done everything to say she was sorry but . I could tell her other co workers was literally throwing her under the bus . I think and in fact . I could tell they or whom ever trained her didn't even know what they was doing . I think if she had the correct way of trainer she would be a fantastic server . Sorry literally was the worst food and other then the new waitress they was they worsted people or place . I have ever been to literally that order that other Dennys literally fix it all the time and it's off the la Cart where you mix and fix your own way or what you want . But . I guess that manager literally never worked or even knowns what that is on you pick out what you like so long story short brought me they very badly mess up in there behave and it wasn't even right . I will be contacting Dennys headquarters or whom ever and making a complaint about they whole crew . Sorry .I'm not trying to be rude or unfair . I only post the honest truth and just because. We had a wow way beyond literally the most worst experience ever . Now just because we had it doesn't mean you all will have that same problem. FYI order small type foods and see if the menu has photos which your able to point out what you want . We will never walk back in to that Dennys the service let's just say literally 3rd graders could have done better . Sorry for the very bad negative light but folks it has to be said and how long is it been going on who knows buy maybe they could hire some people to fix the issues and new manager team and cooks just get all new thank you to all again sorry only posting the honest truth. Read moreWent here with 4 friends after wedding dress shopping. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a glare from 2 ladies standing behind the counter. They mumbled something at us as they walked away. About five minutes later, a different lady came over to seat us. Then, another lady came over about 10 minutes later to ask what we wanted to drink. After getting our drinks, nobody came for over 35 minutes to take our order. It was so cold in the restaurant that the AC vents were dripping on the tables & we were literally freezing with our teeth chattering!! We had to order hot chocolate in the middle of summer just to try & warm up! One lady from our group finally had to go over and ask if they would please take our order. Then, a third different lady came over to take our order. I got the biscuits and gravy, which were absolutely disgusting! Extremely runny gravy, and it was rust color and tasted very vinegary! I was afraid to send it back because it took so long for us to even have someone take our order. I didn't know how long it would take to get something else. I also had to use the restroom while I was there, which was equally disgusting! The floor in the bathroom was severely sticky. My shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked! Once we were finished eating, we waited for over half an hour for our check, which never came. Once again, we had to get-up-and-go ask if we could please have our check. There was no excuse for this poor service. There were only a few people dining. It wasn't busy at all! It was the worst restaurant experience that i've had! Bad service bad food!! Read moreOn August 12, 2023 my first thought was to order online and take my food home as I always have. This day I wanted to eat in to continue celebrating my birthday which I do all month every year. I walked in, no host greeting, then I stood at the counter as the signage suggested for about 5 mins, saw a waitress walk pass, washed her hands after she went into the back to discord some dirty dishes she had in her hands, then continued on with what she was doing after making eye contact with me. A guy who I guess was bussing tables asked if I had been helped yet, then told me someone would be with me shortly. I then asked if I could seat myself at the bar. As I was asking my question, a older white woman (as I am not) walked in passed the host station, straight to the bar where I followed to take a seat. That same waitress quickly asked the woman what she was having to drink, and continued to ignore me. After what I felt was discrimination I politely got up out my chair and walked out. I enjoy eating at Denny's because they offer turkey bacon which most breakfast restaurants do not.
