TL;DR: my food ended up in a strangers car for up to 10 min. Employee swaps food with other customer waiting in car parking lot after mix up and STILL attempts to fulfill my order
It took a couple min to even be acknowledged at the drive thru.
After paying, waited another 3-5 min waiting for food.
Someone informs me to park in a parking spot and they'll be right out with the food.
After a couple more min a worker comes out with a bag and is stopped by someone else parked, waiting.
I observed them exchange bags. They apparently got our orders mixed up. As if someone didn't have my food in their car for 5-10 min, he comes and attempts to deliver it!!! Really?!??? During a covid resurgence no less!
I VERY reluctantly accepted the food because I was honestly concerned what they might do to my food if I had the "audacity" to refuse it after sitting in a strangers car for 10 min!
After all was said and done I ended up buying very expensive dog food. Which was extremely inconvenient to say the least, not to mention I was STARVING and just wanted to eat something after working all day!
They didn't even include napkins. Gotta be kidding me.
I never go to arbys. Now I remember why

After ordering and talking to the irritable man he informed me that makeup coupons were to be ordered in meal packages only. But he had to be rude about it. How am I supposed to get this information? Naturally I got not one sauce packet. After politely asking for both I was offered one (1) each for a half pound sandwich. Realizing I might have something at home because everyone else is so helpful and gives several I wasn't going to beg. I'm not interested in someone with an attitude problem when I choose a restaurant . If you don't like the fact that my father is of swedish decent then too bad but I had no choice in it.I won't be coming back to Arby's anymore. I quit McDonald's and I can quit Arby's just as easy. If you don't like white people then maybe you should get out of the restaurant business. I was polite to you. Is that too much to return? Relax you will never see me again. I'm so sick of this...

Sandwich was quite wet, hardly any meat at all mostly veggies, very sour taste, almost like a vinegar, quality of meat was horrible, highly doubt it was prime rib.Roll was mushy too. I got curly fries with it. They were like potato chips, crispy over cooked like they were sitting around not fresh at all. I was there around 2pm btw. Washed this down with a DrP.
