My friend and I stopped here and tried a few different items and we even grabbed coffees. We spent $60 combined. Most of the desserts was really good the Japanese cheesecake especially was amazing. But Iām super disappointed with the customer service.
I ordered a tiramisu coffee and a Thai tea cheesecake. The lady gave me the wrong cheesecake, and instead of just swapping it out, she literally tried to tell me what I ordered. That is absolutely wild, I know what I ordered. When I explained again what I had asked for, she rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest look, like I was bothering her for wanting the right thing. It was so unnecessary.
Being the nice person I am, I didnāt argue. I just took the wrong one and sat down. Of course, it ended up being the one thing that tasted gross. Out of everything I tried, the one item I got stuck with was the worst.
Itās a shame, because the rest of the food was actually great. But Iāll never spend my money somewhere that treats their customers like theyāre a problem. If the service had matched the quality of the desserts, I wouldāve come back again and again. To think we chose this over having fun...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe stopped here on the way to st.Pete. We were in and out within 10 minutes. I got the spinach and cheese croissant. It was one of the most delicious croissants Iāve ever tasted. For dessert I got the tiramisu crepe cake. It was good but it didnāt blow me away like the croissant. I got lavender milk tea with boba, which was perfectly made and delicious. My boyfriend got the cream cheese cream puff and he said it was fantastic! He tried my food as well and loved the croissant, but he was not blown away by the tiramisu crepe cake. He got a frozen strawberry lemonade to drink and it was AMAZING! We are big lemonade fans and itās hit or miss, but this was a big hit! It cooled us down on this very warm day. The atmosphere was great! The decor was very chic and cool. The music was great as well. There is tons of parking. Itās easy to get to and from the cafe. The ladies working there were nice the bathroom was very clean. The bathrooms are clearly marked for customers only. There is outdoor seating with shade, which was great for us. We will def be back and we recommend you give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo iām a regular to this shop for boba specifically, but i was initially really drawn in by the adorable pastries, mousse cakes, japanese cheese cakes, and more- and while i will always recommend their boba milk tea, i think the desserts are unfortunately a lot prettier than they are tasty. Iām a bit of a baker myself, so i had high hopes, but i found them to be a little gross. Theyāre really eggy, all of the ones iāve tried have an eggy taste, gelatinous or dry texture, and the cream has the feel of shortening in your mouth. They are beautiful, look handmade, but taste cheaply manufactured and probably shipped in frozen. A few redeeming items are the icing tiramisu which is decent, along with the japanese cheesecake. I have not tried the cream puffs but they look good! I would definitely say the boba and the cool blindbox/anime merch section is the true highlights of this cafe. I actually wonāt get my boba milk tea order anywhere else! Other than that, the employee i usually am served by is so cute and polite, and knows how to properly cook tapioca! At least...
