I saw an ad for hot and ready pizzas on Hulu. I thought, "great, I will spend 10 minutes and head down to my local Dominos and pick one up." Got there at about 10:10 10:15ish, doors were locked. No problem, went to drive thru. I could see one busy fellow with his ear buds in listening to music. I waited for nearly 10 minutes before he noticed me. He apologized for the wait. No problem, he was busy, I worked in the service industry, I get it. Unfortunately, they had no "hot and ready" pizzas hot or ready but he said he could make one for me for the same price in about 8 minutes. He was nice and I thought that would be fine... he asked me to pull around front if someone drove in behind me. I paid and after a few minutes, someone pulled in behind me so I drove around front and parked right in front of the store. As in, I could see the employees and they could see me. I waited over 30 fricking minutes and called three times during that time. Twice no one answered and the third time someone picked up and hung up immediately. Finally, the employee who took my order answered the phone. I explained the situation and he told me the pizza had been done for a while and I should swing by the drive thru to get it. I told him that he is the one who told me to go to the front if someone else pulled up! He apologized but I had just wasted nearly an hour of my time and I had planned 10 minutes! I told him I understood he was busy and it had probably been a rough night but wasting my time like that was totally unacceptable. I asked for a refund, he said it would take a couple of business days to process. This call was made at 10:59!!!!
This was a terrible experience and I have no recourse for almost an hour of lost time and a lot of frustration. Unacceptable, Dominos! Get it together please!!!
In summary: I waited almost ten minutes before being acknowledged at the drive thru window. Location was clearly understaffed. "Hot and ready" pizzas were not hot and ready as advertised and I had to wait for a new pizza to be made. I was told to wait out front if another customer pulled in and when I followed instructions, I was forgotten about for 30+ minutes (would have been forever if I didn't get through on the phone) even though I was in plain eyesight of employees parked in the closest spot to the front door. I called 4 times before getting through and once an employee even picked up and hung up the phone on me without answering it. My refund was not processed immediately. 45+ minutes of my time was wasted on nothing as well as the additional time I spent writing...

Parking is terrible pulling in off a busy road so I pulled around the building and found a parking spot CLEARLY labeled with the corners as in all of st pete, with no signage saying I can’t park there. An employee walks out on his phone and tells me I can’t park there and I say I’m running in I’ll be back as again there is no signs saying I can’t park there and it is a clearly marked parking spot. I walk in to get my food and this same TEENAGER proceeds to say “I can’t let you park there.” Refused to give me my food. So I have to move my car and park in someone else’s parking lot and cross 2 roads to get there, walk right in and he asks “picking up” and then immediately hands me my food. This is so beyond unprofessional and terrible service. If I could have cancelled my order then and there I would have. This entire time he is still texting on his phone as he hands me my food. I will never be back and would love to speak to the owners and bosses as this young boy who seemed to think he was in power deserves to be fired. TERRIBLE experience. And sir if you get the pleasure of reading this I hope you you know how terrible of a person you are and so beyond rude. I’m clearly coming from a long day at work and you decided to pick on me. A young female. Do not ever go here they don’t deserve your money and will be rude to you as well. Also there were cars parked along the sidewalk of the road. My kid's and I waited an hour for our food to come and when it arrived it was cold no sauce in our pasta the cheesy bread was over cooked(to dark almost taste burnt) the only thing that was really edible was the cheese steak and it was OK.....I called and left a message with the manager he said he would replace the pasta i told him we didn't like the pasta.. he took my name down and said he will put it to the side. I called today to place my replace order and spoke to a different manager CHRIS which he was very RUDE over talking me, not letting me explain what happened, talking to me like my a child, telling me he sees my order and it didn't say anything about replacing i said well who was the manager on duty that day it should say....he then went on to tell me SEVERAL of times he knows how to run his store while yelling at employee's in the background then turns around and tell me well ill give you two items but your gonna have to come pick it up I explained to him that i am unable to then he says well you gone have to pay the $4.99 delivery fee and take care of my driver if i do this for you and was rushing me with my order.... i ordered and immediatly cancelled before i could even say anything else he hung up in my face the WORST $35.00 I've ever spent and I WON'T return!!!!!
