If a negative star could be given that’s what this particular Dunkin should be rated. The staff is rude and completely unprofessional. I have given this location several tries before writing this post. I’m not sure what the protocol is for training but this store I’m sure wasn’t trained at all. This morning my daughter and I chose to try the drive thru, we pull up to the the speaker, I didn’t hear the person at first then she yelled morning how may I help you, I said I’d like a Boston creme the girl says we don’t have those. Then a guy says we have Bavarian creme, I refrained from advising they are the same thing, this just proves the people who work there weren’t trained and they are rude. Next my daughter screamed because something scared her and they screamed back into the speaker at me telling me to pull up because I just screamed in all of their ears upon deciding to leave as I drove away one of the staff opened the window and screamed out of it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, there was no reason for any of them to act that way in a customer service industry. My girlfriend was just about to spend over $100 for a company event and wasn’t even greeted by any of the staff while we waited at the front counter for a few minutes. Staff members just kept chatting about a personal conversation, making DIRECT EYE CONTACT with us as we waited patiently for hell to freeze over earth. At least acknowledge that we’re there? Maybe a simple, “Be right with you,” would suffice? Also, a different guest’s order was incorrect and overheard them act like it wasn’t their fault. To top it off, I’ve encountered negative experiences in the past with this same DD, having received consistent cold coffees, which I had to go back through and have heated back up. Read moreThis morning, I ordered a $5 meal deal and was pleased with the freshness of the food. However, I had a concerning experience with the service. When Demetria handed me my order, the bag was tossed onto the counter rather than handed to me directly. I politely asked multiple times if the bag could be handed to me, but received no response.
Eventually, Demetria asked if I needed anything, and I replied that I would like my bag to be picked up and handed to me properly. She responded by saying, "We are rushing." After a short wait, she did pick up the bag, but then stated to Lisa that she would be banning me from her Dunkin’ location.
I was surprised and disappointed by this interaction and felt that it was unprofessional and unwarranted. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
