Green Market Cafe — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

These folks get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from the Castille location. Whether in person or via BiteSquad, they just can't seem to get it right. I was particularly frustrated with this visit for several reasons: I had to spend 40 minutes of my 45 minute lunch break driving to and fro the location; I called 8 times to let them know that my order was incorrect and that I needed the correct order ready for pick up due to time constraints and NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE; when I arrived the guy at the register had THE NERVE to give me an attitude when I announced that my order was incorrect.

In the past month the quality of service of this place has gone downhill. Every morning the restaurant is open late and I am met with excuses. I can understand occasionally but this has become a daily thing. We all work and have schedules I don't have time to simply "come back" as I am oft told. It's taken for granted that I work upstairs.
