Visited this coffee shop for the first time today. The inside and outside are really cute, which is great because there’s no drive-through, so you have to go inside. The girl behind the counter was pleasant enough. I ordered an iced coffee, they only have one size..I really wanted what would be equivalent to a Venti. The girl behind the counter said she could make me a cold brew (I am assuming they don’t have regular iced coffee) I prefer regular iced coffee, but I was already there. I also got a little teeny tiny banana bread. I will say this, I spent $13 and neither one knocked my socks off. They were average at best and (in my opinion) expensive. Also, the coffee had a bitter taste to me, in their defense it could have been because it was a cold brew.. Although I hate to trash small businesses, in this day and age I care more about the consumer and where they’re choosing to spend their hard earned dollars. This was a “miss” for me, in my opinion (for what I got) it should’ve been...

How Much is That?!

Brothers Thomas is hard to find. My GPS got me to the right area, but actually finding the place took a couple passes around the building since signage is terrible. Inside is nicely decorated with comfortable places to sip and relax or do some computer work. Staff is pleasant.

I ordered a latte—a 12oz since that’s all they have—for $8. At that price I would expect some gold dust sprinkled on top. And for that price they didn’t have any of my preferred milk: fat-free or 2%. I was offered almond or soy, I think. When I remarked on the price the nice server said that their coffee is sourced from the best. Maybe coffee aficionados can taste the difference, but my latte tasted remarkably similar to most other barista-made coffees that would be $2 less.

I also got some kind of cinnamon twist for $6 that I asked to be warmed. It was still cold in the middle.

If I lived or worked within walking distance, I might return. If driving, I would aim elsewhere. This “bespoke” café did not...

The Brothers Thomas Café is a local gem! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

The atmosphere is cozy yet modern, lots of natural light and a beautiful covered patio. Cafe is equipped with WiFi and electrical outlets making it the perfect spot to study or work or just catch up with friends.

The coffee? Absolutely outstanding. Whether you’re a fan of classic espresso or unique seasonal blends, they nail it every time. We tried the latte and flat white and were blown away by the rich, balanced flavor of the espresso with perfectly steamed milk texture and temperature.

The staff is attentive and genuinely passionate about what they do. It’s clear they care about both their craft and their customers. Bonus points for their delicious pastries—they even have gluten free options for anyone navigating a gluten sensitivity.

Highly recommend this café to anyone looking for great coffee and a welcoming vibe. Can’t wait...
