If you are looking for a new ice cream place that will blow your socks off, then don't go here. There is nothing here that would be different from going anywhere else. Me and my wife came to visit after hearing about this new place. We ordered 2 dipped cones. We had to remove the dipped portion because it was so thick and the flavors were just sugar tasting, the blueberry and strawberry creme had no actual taste of anything but straight sugar. The hardshell was so thick that the ice cream was completely melted once you got through it, so we had to take it off. We were left with 2 waffle cones of vanilla ice cream which we could have gotten at DQ or Twistee Treat or Publix. The cones themselves were store bought not made in store which we had a high expectation of it being fresh with the price being nearly $10 per cone. For an ice cream place, there is no smell of freshly made cones, hot fudge, or any type of ice cream place smells. The menu itself is overpacked with a multitude of things I would not recommend. We got the cheesecake to go because the wife loves cheesecake factory, but they sell these in grocery store. Any other item that you would want to dip, people don't do it. Looking at the line of customers going out, everyone seems to get "just soft serve" of cups or basic cones. If the hardshell was not 5 times as thick and 5 times the taste of sugar, I think people would buy more. The flavors themselves do not represent the area we live in. There is no cherry, key lime pie, mango, Typical Florida Flavors. If you want to do business in Florida, at least offer us a Floridan type menu. I know it is a Canadian company, but those flavors you have do not represent the market here. I would not recommend going here if you are looking for simple ice cream, there are a lot of other places to go that are cheaper and have a more qualified menu that will meet your...

Update, After reading the reply of the owner/manager I want to thank you for promptly addressing my concern. I will write another review after receiving my complementary ice cream. How will obtain my coupon for this offer. Much appreciated! Annie

The worst service ever! We went in there 930 on Sunday evening. A woman took my husband’s order, and they started working on another couple’s order. So my husband is standing there eating his ice cream and I’m waiting and waiting to place my order. Another young man came over to the counter to help and he asked’ “Can I help you and the other woman was working on so yeah I’ll take this. I am still standing here waiting and waiting while 2 service people are waiting the couple and I’m still standing there waiting to place my order. I walked out fed up! Finally after he waited another 5 minutes to pay, a server asked, what happened to your wife, all of a sudden, they remembered me… He told him she got tired of waiting and left. No apology or compensation...

My wife and I are hooked on this place! 💯 Everything from the second you walk in is outstanding. The atmosphere, staff and dessert. time, the staff has been beyond friendly and speedy. 😁

Be prepared for all the options. You can get soft serve 🍦, regular ice cream 🍨, cheese cake🍰, 🍩donuts, cookies🍪, and cookie dough. Then you get a choice of 30 flavors to dip. Not to forget about the 20 toppings you can cover your ice cream with.

My wife sticks to her classic cup, vanilla ice cream with chocolate brownie dip topped off with rainbow sprinkles. I, on the other hand, change it up every time. They have a flavor for everyone. Including options for plant based ice cream and dog friendly ice cream! Our pup Maui gets a pup cup every time he comes in! We love that he is allowed.
