Adult paint by numbers was an unfamiliar experience for me. Due to health reasons, I found myself in a situation where many of the other hobbies I took part in I could no longer do. After reading a number of articles extolling the benefits of PBN I thought it would be worth a try. Masterpice by Numbers as a company far exceeded my expectations. Not only was I impressed with the quality of their product, but the support the company provides is astonishing.

Before purchasing my first painting, I emailed customer support explaining my disability and asked if this would be something I could actually do. I received a detailed, heartfelt response. Based on that, I gave it a try.

My order came immediately, much faster than the estimated delivery time identified at check out. The company packaged the product beautifully, and everything arrived intact.

After starting I found painting to be surprisingly relaxing. Not only that, but there is an amazing sense of accomplishment as you see the blank canvas turn into a beautiful painting.

I was pleased by the quality of the paint, and the brushes included in the kit. The only additional item I purchased was a flow aid product, from a local craft store, to help thin the paint. This isn’t necessary, but I did find that it helps significantly.

I have already ordered my second painting and am looking forward to its arrival. This time it’s a custom painting of one of my photographs. Again, before placing this order, I reached out to their support team and worked with Steven, who handles custom images. He helped me sort through a number of photographs to determine which would be the best candidates for a custom PBN.

Hello paint by number enthusiasts!! Today I'm going to do a shout out for Masterpiece By Numbers. I started using their product in 2021 and have now ordered at least 30 paintings.

MBN has a great stock of different paintings to choose from. When I purchase paintings, I go through all of them and pick based on what I see. Some paintings are easy and some are more complicated and more difficult. I find painting to be really relaxing and ADDICTING!!! I order 3 paintings at a time as it economically makes the most sense. When I order stock paintings, the order arrives in 3 or 4 days at most. The paints are an excellent quality and spread very nicely. I ordered extra paint once but didn't need them in the end. I have always had enough paint to cover nicely.

MBN is an American owned company. They treat me like I'm their most important customer ( they treat everyone like that:)) If you have questions, you can call or email and the response is ALWAYS TIMELY.

My favorite part of Masterpiece by Numbers is the ability to order custom paintings. A custom painting is created from a photo that you upload. I have actually taken a picture of a picture to upload and the amazing artists at MBN were able to create the most an awesome painting with fabulous coloring. The custom pics take 6-8 weeks to arrive. This amount of time allows one of the artist to really make your uploaded photo into a true masterpiece!!! I give these custom paintings as wedding, engagement, birthday, Christmas, graduation, and any occasion that calls for that perfect gift for the person who has everything!!

At this point I consider myself to to a true paint by number artist. My paintings and painting products will always come from Masterpiece By Numbers!! ...

I bought a kit a few years ago, unfortunately I could not finish in the 4 months timeframe where the paints dried out. By the way, nowhere in the kit does it state that the paints dry out in 4 months. I ordered a new set of paints as I now had the time and was excited to paint again. So the problem began….they supposedly shipped my order of $12 paint set but I never received it. According to USPS tracking, package not received by Masterpiece . I emailed Masterpiece by Number MANY times to let them know I am waiting but package is lost. I asked them to cancel and resend the paints , no resolve. So it’s 3 weeks they have my payment and I still have not received my paints! Do you think they could have just sent a new set of paints for $12?!? There were at least 10 emails where I asked for resolution as I was frustrated and just wanted the paint. They offered NOTHING, and still I wait… they have their $12 plus shipping taxes etc, I have no paint and I am just frustrated with poor customer service. Just so sad that the customer does not come...
