Went to your establishment last night with four others at 945 pm last night. When walking in we were glad to see that it wasnt crowded. A few of the tables were dirty in the middle of the restaurant. We sat down at one with just a few watee stains from drinks. No one came to our table until 20 minutes after entering when someone at my table flagged the server down as she walked by. In that 20 minites we saw 2 female servers working, a blonde and a brunette. They looked busy and rushed and you can see on the blondes face how frazzled she was. Both girls walked by our table many many times without ever giving us any eye contact. Not even to say be right with you, has anyone been to you yet or sorry for the wait. When we finally got the servers attention the brunette server we went to order drinks. I asked what kind of tequila as my sister wanted to know. The server didnt know stating it was her second day. So my sister stalled on ordering at that monemt. My sister and i both went up to the bar to see the liquors and saw no tequila. About 5 minutes later the bartender came over to tell me the kind of tequila which we had never heard of. I almost thought she was saying cazadores wrong or it was a weird house tequila and based off that brand my sister got a beer and 2 of our new table guests ordered their drinks. Rougly 5 mins after that the 2 men at our tables got the sodas they ordered. 10 minutes for 2 sodas. A moment later the servee came back with our ladies 2 beers. And a few mins later i got my flight. As soon as i got my flight we ordered food. I immediately asked for an appetizer but my sister (feeling the slow service) asked to take our food order as well. We ordered our food without any issues. 40 minutes later i went to the restroom. I noticed the server at the table over and on my way to the restroom i said that pur appetizer is now at 40 minute's and she replied with an i know. As soon as i was coming out of the bathroom our appetizer and food arrived at the same time. 2 people at our table ordered different kinds of wings and she set them down without saying what was what. She handed my burger to someone else and they passed it down to me. She just set food down essentially not caring if it was to the right person or not. At that time my sister and the other female ordered more beer and they got the new round pretty fast. At this time the restaurant had died out a lot. Our servers still looked busy. My brother in law tried to flag our server down for his first refill and after he did we noticed the server wiping tables. There were only 3? Seated tables at thay point. Some bar guests. Couldnt see anyone outside or upstairs and shes cleaning tables instead of getting a soda refill. He had to aak her again. That was the last time she was at our table until she asked if we were ready to cash out. So the wings upon arrival looked black. The two people at our table again werent told which wings were which and as they were black they had to eat them to find out. wing were smoked they enjoyed them. We also loved the seasoning on the fries and the chips. The nachos were awful. The pulled pork was cooked veey odd. It taste fatty and chewy and i couldnt have another bite. I ordered the chickpea burger. It was huge and soft. The chickpea burger fell apart and was tough to eat. I didnt get the burger setup as described on the top. I wonder if its because it wasnt like the other burgers but then it needs to state that. There was a drop of chimmichuri. The burger was very dry. Needed more condiment. I would have expected a "sorry for the wait" or app on the house for the delay or something. I would not go...
Read moreFirst time here, the night of 11/11 and it was strange. We walked in and we weren’t greeted, so we weren't sure if we should sit ourselves or not. We ended up sitting down and just looking at the menu, thinking that maybe we will get served. 10 minutes goes by and there is a server there, but she kept walking past us, or standing next to us with her back turned. We finally moved upstairs and ordered our drinks from the bar while we waited for our friends all while the server is still completely ignoring us. Our friends arrive about 10 minutes later and the second they walk in, the sever walks right up to them and greets them/tells them where they could sit, etc. Our friends make their way stairs to us and then the server followed 5 minutes later. This is where it gets really strange. When we were trying to order food, she would tell us she doesn’t recommend the item we picked because she “didn’t like it” or they were out of just about everything we wanted. We settled on the loaded cheese fries and when she brought it to us, she informed us that she “switched out the mustard for beer cheese because it was better like that and it only costs a dollar extra.” She also would drop our food or drinks off and then walk away when others were trying to order. After awhile, we never got our checks, so we walked down to the bar to try and tab out. The poor bar tender couldn’t get our checks because the ditsy server didn’t put it in the system, and also couldn’t remember what we got. So when she finally got it figured out, we had to pay twice. I wish we got her name, but this lady was CLUELESS and favored the men at the table. This doesn’t even include everything that happened. Would love to give this place another chance, but she(server) reallllllyyyy brought...
Read moreThis was easily the worst dining experience I’ve had in St. Pete. Our server seemed absolutely miserable, I wish I had her name but she didn’t bother to introduce herself. She took our order and dropped off our food without saying a single word to us. We asked her for an extra plate (we could see a stack of small plates from our table) and the waitress told us “we don’t have any” (a restaurant doesn’t have plates???) Two people in our party had empty beers our entire meal and the waitress didn’t check on us once. We said excuse me as she walked past and she ignored us. I went to the bar for a drink and the bartender made eye contact with me and continued his conversation with his friends at the bar (saw multiple empty glasses of guests at the bar). The bartender walked up to our server right by our table and told her we wanted drinks and then they both walked away without checking on us. I approached a man who was walking around in a Voodoo Brewing shirt and he told me he was the owner. I raised our concerns to him and he just said “I’ll talk to her”, didn’t offer an apology or anything to fix the situation. We had planned to stay for a few hours to play games but after sitting with empty drinks for 30+ minutes we decided to go somewhere else that would actually serve us. We finally got the server to get our check and paid while we watched the owner talking to the waitress. Again, neither of them came to our table to apologize or make the situation right. On top of that, the food was below average, especially for the price. We had heard great things and were so excited to go to this spot but we will never be back. So many other places in St. Pete with attentive, friendly service that I’d rather...
