Eryn is an unprofessional liar. She got my significant other's passport worked double checked by her supervisor who, when confronted with their mistakes, say they cant be held accountable. To cover her tracks she proceeded to lie about bringing the wrong documentation he never had to begin with. She then lied and said things were not provided which was proven wrong with the photo copies as proof. Her supervisor said call the number provided on the letter. It was made clear to him (after called) that the number provided no option for issues needed delt with. What did he do? He kept saying call the number, refusing to aknowledge the issues risen were not addressed via that number. We asked (initially) about going to Miami and we're told that did not apply to his situation. After coming back in she lied again and said she never said that and gave some new statement with such jargon it might as well of been Greek. It was as if she was throwing out professional words to talk circles and, yet again, not admit her mistake. Why? Because it didn't answer anything. So we have two people not grown up enough to take accountability or give good professional advice. Forget professional. It's not grown up. Can citizens sue the passport office for malpractice? What's the use of these folks and wing of this building? None. Avoid. Go to Tampa or some other place. Update. He called the number he was told to call... Even though he had already. This office said it's in their hands now because the info had been sent their way. Upon talking to a person on that specific phone number... They said, "The St. Pete office is thuroughly unreliable." *ATTN To the employees boss at the other end of that number. Before repramanding this employee for saying this quote, know they are helping citizens avoid a cluster of liars who, I know from former employees, are never allowed to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter receiving a subpoena, to act as a witness for a traffic accident, I called the number on the document. The recording advised my āhold timeā would be one minute and 20 seconds; after 30 minutes of hold time, the person who answered the phone said I had to call another number that was not referenced any where in the court document, for the court administrator. It was extremely clear this person simply wanted to āpass the buck.ā When I called the second number, all I got were two options without further instructions. I left a voicemail message for the person I later discovered was actually the court administrator, I spoke to the other person at the other extension he said he didnāt have anything to do with my request but that āNickā (the one for whom I have left multiple messages) was the person to reach. He further stated that he receives calls all the time, but the county clerk office is the one who should really handle the calls in the first place and that is why the original telephone number was referenced the document. To date, I have received no callback from any one. The court date is in one week, and Iām trying to be a good citizen to state what I saw, but wish to attend virtually, rather than in person. Very disappointing experience. Hoping this runaround gets rectified: a) for me...
