Just be warned - Wednesday night is trivia night and $1 wing Wednesday, but they did not honor the $1 wings. Seems like they do not like when you go there for trivia night. The front of the restaurant was packed due to the aforementioned fact of trivia. There is a back area with no less than 25 tables open, with two groups of people already sitting back there. They said they preferred us to sit in the front, but we informed that all the tables were full, as if this wasn’t an obvious fact. This was the first red flag. We then ordered immediately, sensing the animosity and got our food from a food runner and felt panicked. After we were already eating, they asked if we wanted to move to the front if a table opened up like it was a burden we sat minding our business in the back. The final straw was charging full price for the wings. We just paid it and left since you could feel you were not welcome sitting in the only open table. Could be a good place if they didn’t harass you over sitting in open tables they have. Food...
Read moreNot sure exactly why it took 2 hours for the delivery to be completed, but I do know the staff at this place has zero clue how to recover a guest experience.
Nothing about it said hospitality.
The food?
All mid.
Bone-in wings were the same frozen Sysco wings everyone’s using. No edge, no pop, just lazy.
Spicy Thai Peanut Shrimp had no punch. Bland, soggy, and somehow both under-seasoned and overhyped.
And the grilled cheese?
Don’t even get me started.
They threw 96 ingredients between two slices of bread like it was a dare. Flavor was all over the place—none of it good.
And the fries?
Room temp, unseasoned, and completely forgettable.
If this is their idea of “elevated comfort food,” they need to get reacquainted with a salt shaker and some self-awareness.
Just another overthought menu backed by an undertrained...
Read moreI thought Localz would be good back-up spot on a rainy day to watch the first Bucs regular season game, but our table only had one out of eight TVs in view with the Bucs game on. There were five tables each with 5 or so people wearing Bucs apparel all wanting to watch the Bucs. The waitress refused to change the channel stating the TVs were, "already pre-set." I had to turn awkwardly toward the only TV in view above the kitchen door where the cook was standing most of the game. I don't want to hear from management, "we have to accommodate for all of our customers." We are in TAMPA BAY and all 20-25 customers wanted the Bucs game on. Small accommodations make a big difference and between the other tables that left mid-game and our table, I'm sure more sales...
