Located in a fantastic spot, the AMC Sundial 20 is one of our favorite options for date nights - and well, anything fun to kill time! This venue is surrounded by so many nice restaurants and scenery, it's easy to plan your evenings to include a new flick at AMC 20.
My boyfriend and I love watching new movies and films so it was no surprise to us to sign up for the AMC A-list when I moved into the area. We typically frequent this theater at least once a week and we always appreciate the seating.
The theater has an efficient patron entry process (especially for those that had advanced tickets). I saw people from desk personnel to floor sweepers moving with hustle and purpose. The concession stand moved swiftly enough and we were able to find all the options we wanted.
The concession stand has many options, but what I really love most is their different options for the faithful ol' theater popcorn (cheddar, spicy cheddar, regular and caramel) as well as their soda fountain.
The theater itself has many showtimes and IMAX as well as D-Box seatings. On Tuesdays they even show $5 films - which has been a fun way to invite my friends to the area to watch new movies as well!
Sizes of each theater varies, which is nice, but if there was one bone I'd have to pick -- it'd be how standard and uncomfortable some of their seats could be.
Regardless, we'll always be back for more. Thanks, AMC. We'll see ya...
Read moreReview edit: I reviewed this originally before we went in to the theater. The entrance area, the local market, Black White, all wonderful. Our theater experience however, AWFUL.
We have been patrons of this theater for over five years, and whenever we want to treat guests to a movie night this was our go to spot. After the horrible service last night, state of uncleanliness of the business, and the condition of the seating, we were in theater 18, we may never return.
Customer experience suffers greatly, not due to the employees, but due to the management decision to have "premium" services. Where at one time, every customer was treated with respect and the courtesy of fast efficient service, now the majority of customers wait in a ridiculously long line, while other staff stand by with their hands tide for a non existent line of "premium" customers. We saw this at both the ticket counter and at the concession stand.
I am sorry, but service that should be considered standard in the industry, is not premium just because you bottleneck the average customers. What that is, is just POOR SERVICE PERIOD.
Our first experience EVER, where I was genuinely embarrassed to bring family and friends to the theater.
Please take the time to reevaluate your policies where customer service...
Read moreIf I could rate less than a star I would. They blamed our interrupted movie screening on a broken projector that apparently has been giving them trouble all day. But you’d think that if this was true that they’d take preventative measure to avoid future issues for later guests. They did not and decided to wait until our movie stopped playing 3 times to tell us that they’d had issues all day and that we couldn’t watch the movie. They showed absolutely no care for guest experience . They tried to give us refunds, which was another mess. I paid cash for 2 tickets, and they only gave me cash for a single ticket. Not only that, but when I first came to complain about issues with the screening, I heard a fellow guest complain about the bartenders being rude and talking each other not to serve a single drink to him, when he had not ordered a drink prior. I mention this because during a previous experience, I also have witnessed ruse behaviors from bartenders. Overall, this theatre clearly displays a total disregard for guests and their money, and their problem-solving skills are slacking. Worst AMC theatre I have ever been too, and worst...
