Fantastic new restaurant in the "Edge District" of St. Petersburg. The food awesome and each taste was amazing, the fresh Atlantic salmon was tasty and cooked to perfect medium rare. On multiple visits we have thoroughly enjoyed the perfect beef carpacious, the steak fries with 3 delicious unique "in-house" made dipping sauces, we were blown away by the perfectly seasoned red bliss potatoes drizzled with Green Goddess dressing, the tender tasty delicious ribs were perfect and the accompanying cole slaw blew us away, and finally the Chef's Selection homemade ice cream pie is in a class by itself....warning you must have large appetite. Excellent wine selection, Pinot Grigio smooth and lighter than most house pinots, the frozen Painkiller is in a class by itself and perfect blend of ingredients. Everyone is so very friendly, accommodating and go way above & beyond to insure a perfect dining 🍽 experience. Read moreI dined in on 10/18 & 10/26 2025. I ordered the gulf snapper both times. It’s delicious. Their fresh snapper is everything a local mild white fish should be. It’s buttery, flaky and it melts in your mouth. The grape tomato broth pairs well with their homemade chorizo balls and gnocchi. I hope they keep this gem on the menu @ $22.
Let’s move on to their burger. It’s the best $12 burger I ever had, in my life. The chef does not want to serve their burger cooked more than medium. Who am I to argue with perfection?
Let’s move on to the finale with dessert. I had their homemade cinnamon roll bread pudding @ $9. I enjoy cinnamon buns so this dish was right up my alley. The bread pudding was cooked to perfection. Timing is everything with bread pudding and this chef nailed it. The toppings of cream cheese frosting, banana fosters and vanilla bean ice cream added layers decadence, fun and enjoyment to end a lovely evening on a high note.

The dishes crafted by Chef Sanchez were absolutely amazing — bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and offering such a fantastic variety that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Each bite felt thoughtfully created and perfectly balanced. My fav: The wings and steak sushi were some of the best dishes I have had. The desserts were unique and phenomenal.
The cocktails were outstanding as well — creative, well-crafted, and a perfect complement to the food. The selection was impressive, and every drink we tried was top-notch.
What truly set the evening apart was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued. A special highlight was when owner TJ personally stopped by our table to check in and make sure everything was exceeding our expectations. That personal touch made the night feel extra special.
