Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Our family visited Rita’s to try their new Gummy Bear Ice. The Tyrone Rita’s is brand new and just opened. It was poppin! The staff were so upbeat and friendly, the place was clean and vibrant, the gummy bear ice was just what I needed on these hot and humid days. My son had the cookies n cream milkshake… had just the right amount of cookies! My husband had the mango/ vanilla Blendini which is Italian ice and custard, it was creamy and the mango flavor was rich and fresh! We also wanted to try the strawberry milkshake. It was blended perfectly and had real strawberries mixed in. I’m so impressed and so glad it’s right down the street! Erick and Gavin were helpful and professional. We've been waiting for Rita's Tyrone to open and it was definitely worth the wait! The staff was so friendly and were more than happy to let our whole group taste several different flavors! There were so many options - several different custard flavors, so many Italian ice flavors, milkshakes and even an iced coffee flavored drink.
