Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I am so tired of giving this chain second chances never again… they are unable to make regular iced coffee.. I say can you please just put a damn cup of ice and pour your hot coffee over it and put some milk over… I get to the window and I get the dirtiest look and she hands me a cup of ice and a hot cup of coffee, for me to do myself, and then proceeds to tell me it’s against their policy to pour ice in a cup that is made for hot coffee. We went around and round and I asked for a manager and then she just tells me she’s an hourly employee and doesn’t make the policies. I’m like well please take this cup of ice and this hot cup of coffee back and I want to change the order. She’s like we’re gonna charge you for it and I said absolutely not. Long story short she finally put 5 pieces of ice in the hot coffee and it was just over, so I’ve got my Luke warm disgusting coffee . I’m never going back again. This chain will go out of business. Honestly? If you put up with Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee? Then you’ll be fine. As pictured, you can see that the oat milk in my cold brew was chunky??! Little bits of stuff floating in it?
