Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Here’s the deal I love this Wendy’s. I actually only will eat Wendy’s as far as fast food. Only two small things were missing from the entire order. the super small ff for the biggie bag and hm for the 10 piece nuggets so we pulled up while we checked our order just enough so they could continue buisness as they had a line but understanding food industry I always check everyone has everything they paid for before I leave anywhere. but this. Saturday at 11:17pm I went through drive through noticed the items tried the door locked understandable did not see the sign waited for next car to leave and explained what I was missing…. that’s where the manager I assume continued to yell at me claiming I was lying while her co workers were literally frustrated with her obvious attitude and she reluctantly gave them to me then refused her name while treating me with complete disrespect and speaking to me as if her just simply doing her job was a problem of mine. I could tell by the reactions of the other employee they deal with this behavior regularly. instead of her asking me to simply wait in my car and she would send someone out or correcting the problem with an apology or just niceness. I am telling you this woman is miserable hates her job and in no way should she be managing anyone as she cannot manage herself. Promote one of your other staff on that night. They have the ability to lead and handle it with grace and gratitude I watched them while she was the most miserable employed MANAGER I have ever encountered. Oh and by the way her quick response in a nasty negative tone “I don’t see a small ff” so when I asked does it not come in the biggie bag and she threw her hands around like a baby. She doesn’t even know your menu. That was the real treat. Un greatful to have a job, over paid, and un knowledgeable of your products. Wrong person for that position in...

It was horrible they were more worried about socializing on the front counter than actually doing their job and then when we got our food it just got worse I ordered the double baconator I only got one patty I ordered the potato with cheese and bacon instead of french fries good thing the cheese with liquid cuz the potato was cold and there was one piece of bacon my husband wanted a spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise it showed up with no mayonnaise and he ordered the number one combo of a double they barely got one piece of cheese on the meat 3/4 of the cheese was on the paper there was no pickles no onion he wanted chili instead Fry's the girl behind the counter said they were out of that and said he could get a potato fries or Salad when he said salad she said oops sorry we're out of those two so he went with french fries that were cold and Soggy the only thing that was not a disappointment was the drink machine fortunately it was fully stocked and dispensed the correct fluids incredibly disappointing considering this was 5:30 in the evening which I would have thought would have been the height of dinner rush it's our staff cannot anticipate having customers and ensuring they have made the orders correctly and or have all the items available maybe their management staff needs to be retrain or be retraining the other employees on how to keep things stocked what a waste of money very...

Upon arrival i pull through the drive thru just for them to tell me their drive thru is closed mind you the drive thru has no sign that its closed, the speaker works fine and they’re not busy so im trying to figure out why their drive thru is closed thats one. So i said ok no problem i drove around and parked and got out and came in, again on the inside their not busy pretty much standing around not doing much but then i still proceeded to plc my order. The customer service was poor they seemed as if they didnt want to be there so thats how they treated me. I asked for my food fresh because it seemed as if they were just standing around and not busy so i didnt want any cold food and that seemed to be a problem. So they dropped me fresh nuggets then for me to sit there and wait 5 minutes for them to give me hot nuggets and cold fries, tell me how does that make sense. I could’ve sworn i made myself clear so i was really flabbergasted to find when i got in the car they had gave me cold fries and hot nuggets when i say i want my food fresh that means i want all my food fresh not one thing, so that frustrated me and couldn't even eat my food. I felt like that whole experience with that negative energy and vibe just rubbed off on me it was very irritating and frustrating and a waste of my time definitely...
