Arby's — Restaurant in Saint Robert

I came here about 9:00 last night and got the turkey bacon ranch meal got home an hour later starving to death went to go put honey mustard on my sandwich only to realize there was no turkey on it whatsoever there was two small pieces of bacon and a very thin piece of cheese so I ended up eating a cheese sandwich for $11 I have called twice today speak to a manager and both times the supposedly is not a manager on duty I am still waiting for a call back to see if they are going to make up for their mistake last night there was a bunch of kids working and don't think that they were paying attention to what they were doing but if I'm going to pay $23 for two meals I expect all the food to be on there I work in the food industry I know how customer service goes and I should have received a call back by now already but they probably just lost a dedicated customer (ID LIKE TO KNOW WHY A MANAGER HASN'T CALLED...

They charged me for more than I ordered and when I showed them the receipt and asked them to charge me the correct ammount they said "We have a new employee on the drive through, you should just cut him some slack." Then they refused to correct their mistake saying "There's nothing we can do." I can live with a them making a mistake but acknowledging that you made a mistake and also refusing to fix it is the rudest experience I have ever come across at any restraunt.

Edit" I was given 2 free meal vouchers to make up for this happening and when I went back in they refused to take them and called me a liar. What the heck is wrong with...

I had a lady who goes by Jackie take my order over the phone she was extremely sweet very understanding didn't sound irritated or impatient at all she took down my order had it ready by the time we got off the phone and even though my husband was a few minutes late to go pick it up she went and remade all of it for him so it was nice hot and fresh I'd have to say this is the best lady I've ever dealt with in customer service or fast food who has the most optimistic sweet voice and personality she definitely...
