Never had an issue until this time and will never go back again. I arrived to Dominoâs (mind you I had my 4 month old waiting in the car with my husband) and I walk in to the store. Not a few seconds after me 2 other people walk in. There were two ladies in the cashierâs at the front. So as I walk to the counter this lady ask all of us what we were there for. Shouldnât you be assisting the 1st person that walks in that door? It wasnât like they were busy. Me and the 2nd person that got there were there to order and the other for pick up. This lady then asked me to step aside so she could help the 3rd person who had a pick up order. Horrible customer service. This person could have waited but now I had to wait a good 10 min because the cashier seemed to not know what was going on with her order. Being now the 1st person who walked in to that store I was now the last to be assisted. I voiced my opinion stating,âIâll be honest that was rudeâ lady proceeded to take my order and stated I wouldnât have to pay. I then insisted that I could pay for my own food but she didnât want to have me pay. I then had to wait 45min for my food. I know people say donât f* with people that make your food. I just stated the obvious later that night after eating the pizza, my husband and I ended up getting food poisoning from whatever they had done to our order. Like I said,...

I placed an order this evening, and the weather is bad so I expected it to take a long time. However, the Pizza Tracker never updated on the app so I just wanted to contact the store and make sure they were open. So I called and someone answers the phone and says âthank you for calling Dominoâs, weâre no longer accepting ordersâ and hangs up the phone before I could get a word in. So I call back, the same person answers and starts to say the same thing but I stopped him before he hung up. I say âyes I understand that youâre not taking orders, but you hung up on me before I could even get a word in. Since youâre no longer taking orders will the order I placed an hour ago be canceled?â His response was âitâll get there when it gets thereâ and he hung up again. At this point I donât even want the pizza. I understand that the weather is bad and service will be extremely delayed, I have zero issue with that.    Read moreFirst time I ordered, they gave away my order to another car. I went inside and they remade my order. As I was about to drive away, it smelled different than my normal Dominoes order. They 100% butchered the toppings and added toppings to my pizza that I am highly allergic to after informing them of my allergy at the time of reorder. It took 90minutes to get my correct order after they gave away my original order to the wrong car.
The 2nd time I decided to give them another try, I paid extra for certain crust pizzas. A quick glance looked like the order was correct, however, I received the wrong crust, wrong sauce and wrong toppings on our pizzas. Our 'stuffed cheesy bread' had almost no cheese in it. We had already spent 30min driving round trip to pick up our pizza and I wasn't about to waste an hour of my day on this joke of a store. Still waiting for my refund since nothing I received was correct.
This is the only problem Dominoes store I have ever come across and will not be coming back to this...
