I have been a member of UCCU since 1980. That makes me a little "old school". Most of my experiences at all the branches have been positive, thus I give it 4 stars. On occasion I have received service by a newer employee who often does not understand how to serve me per my request. Rather than ask further questions, sometimes he/she will just say "I can't do that" or "we don't do that". I'm sure they could figure out a way to serve my needs via another avenue by offering to discuss it. (This is how I was trained as a young employee in a service field.)
