If I can give a zero star I really would … the disappointment was real today ! I ordered a cake Friday for Tuesday for my grandmothers 90th BIRTHDAY!!! …… one the cakes looked like someone 1s grader designed it …. 2 the cake was stale and gross…. My poor grandma didn’t get the delicious cake I get her every year …. For my grandma she only can have sugar free cake … I always go to the market but since it’s her 90th bday I wanted to make sure it was alll out ….. so from a 10$ cake to 40$ !!!!! It was sooo disappointing!! My whole family laughed but also felt bad after they seen how bad it made me feel knowing I just wanted the day soooo special… The only day that my grandmother can actually eat a cake she wasn’t able to….. Only once a year, she is allowed to have sweets even though it’s sugar-free it’s still a treat for her…. I called back and the manager was basically telling me that I was lying. I put my aunt on the phone as well and she told him how awful the cake was…… He still didn’t believe us offered $10 off and said I’m not going to give you another cake which we didn’t even want a discount. We didn’t want another cake. I just wanted to let them know how bad it made me feel …. After crying about it I got over it …. And my grandma was just happy her family was there …. My grandma means the world to me …. For you guys to do this and knew it was for her 90th bday … that was unbelievable!! Thanks so much !! First time buying and definitely MY LAST ! Btw whole cake went right to the trash … !!

As a type 1 diabetic I can honestly say this is easily the best bakery I've come across. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic and I ate: a whoopy pie, a mini peanut butter and chocolate mousse cake, and a coconut truffle in one sitting and it all had minimal effect on my blood sugar. My non-diabetic family members said they could not tell a difference between these delicious treats and the full-sugar treats that they are used to. There are others in my family with other sensitivities and we were able to find something for everyone. This is THE PLACE to get baked goods for people with these kinds of sensitivities. New to daibetes and let's be real... missing all the goodies of a bakery. This place was great!!! Not all low carb but sugar free! Owner came out super happy handing me a free baked good. The cashier Stephanie was so patient with me I bought many things to stock my freezer with as it's a far drive, but I cannot wait to go back! I don't understand the negative reviews with this place it was a great experience for me. My only "complaint" is it's very dated in there. But I'd rather have delicious pastries with the right ingredients than have a more modern look to the store itself you could tell the owner has a passion for what he does. 5 stars...
