Came in after a long day on the road and had absolutely wonderful service. Cari, our server was incredibly nice and helped out my extremely indecisive father determine what to get. She had a very extensive knowledge of the menu and was just happy to help. She even brought us our food to our table, which I have never had done for me at a chik fil a before and it made the place feel like more of a family restaurant than just fast food. In addition, the food was done extremely quickly and was probably the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. The entire restaurant was near spotless, and while I was eating I even spotted Cari once again, cleaning her work station in the brief off time she had, wiping down the register and receipt machine, cleaning up some drink that had spilled from the machine. Went to use the mens restroom before we left and it was clean for the most part. (The regular (automatic) toilet wouldnt flush on it's own so I used the button on the side) But everything else was good. They even had a mouthwash dispenser with little paper cups. I was even stopped by a guy working there before we left that offered us free refills on our way out, which is expected but still a nice gesture. This little place off the side of the interstate was a great one to visit and made my day a little bit better. Professionalism, speed, and great attitudes.
P.S. If Cari ever sees this, you have a wonderful smile and by far the bluest eyes I have ever seen. HMU sometime 😊 my IG is...
Read moreMy love for your delicious nuggets and fries has always run deep. I've never had a bad experience or a long wait. I have nothing but good things to say when people ask me about chick-fil-a. My mother just kinda liked the food, she never fell in love like I did, until last year. Last summer we found out her breast cancer had returned. The chemo caused her not to have an appetite, so we were trying different things to try to get her to eat. I decided to bring her some of your chicken noodle soup, and she LOVED it. For a while it was all she would eat. Every couple of days we would go and get her a fresh cup. I would joke with her about how she is helping me get to Red status faster. She finally started eatting more food, so I stopped buying it as much. Then this winter the cancer spread and she stopped eatting again, until I came in with some soup and her eyes lit up. It was the last thing she ate before her final days. My mom passed away in March. The first time I went to chick-fil-a after that, I wanted to buy some soup but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I gave you this back story just to say thanks. Thank you for having delicious food, fast service and bringing my mom joy. You have been and will always be my favorite...
Read moreI was in the area and driving back from Tennessee and I had to stop. I really don't eat any kind of fast food often but I make an exception for Chick-fil-A. No matter what Chick-fil -A I go to there's always a line in drive up or inside. The lines seems to move quickly because they're very organized. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I placed my order and told them I was eating there. I was given a standup card to place on my table, and a worker would bring my order to my table. My order arrived within 5-7 minutes and the girl who brought it to me was very friendly. She even checked on us and asked if we needed a refill on our drinks. ( I love the Southern Hospitality.) I ordered two 4 pc Chicken Strip Meals. My order was perfect. Everything I ordered including their special sauces which are so good was correct. While I was eating I noticed the staff was constantly cleaning. This restaurant was spotless. They have a variety of different size tables for eating. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely return if...
