Fantastic subs with only the freshest ingredients! Firehouse Subs offers great subs, salads, chili, cookies, and brownies with chips and drinks to make a complete meal. Low calorie options and kids' meals are also available. I absolutely love the variety of hot sauces available! They also offer a Coca-Cola Freestyle drink machine, so the possibilities are endless! I'm a big fan of their southern sweet tea. I can't name an item on the menu that I do not enjoy. The Italian sub is my absolute favorite in town. Nobody makes it better than these guys and gals!

Ordered 2 large Hook n Ladders at the counter in the store where I person was in front of me and 2 were dining in and already had their food. Spent $28. Waited 15 minutes before they "didn't have my order" and asked me twice what I ordered. 15 more minutes and we got cold subs no toast or steam, and no pickle on the side. Store was super dirty, floors and tables filthy. Staff didnt know what was going on. Husband took the sandwiches back in to be remade and it's now been another 20 minutes. Went to grab a couple subs and the young employee at the register couldn’t keep his hands off of his hair and face and never washed his hands but proceeded to put gloves on. While I appreciate the gloves there is still a cross contamination concern.

And to top that off another employee comes in from smoking a cigarette and didn’t wash his hands either and proceeded to put on gloves also. Unfortunately they were making my subs which didn’t make me feel very good.

I did speak to the manager and he did ask the employees to wash their hands.

I don’t enjoy leaving a bad review, but this is a health concern....
