Worst Subway experience I've ever had; went there 2 weeks ago & still can't forget how one of the girl employee behaved; ordered 2 footlongs & clearly said will be paying cash & Subway gift card. Not only did she misbehave, she didn't even know how to finish transcation of cash & gift card. Kept muttering "what the heck, I don't know how this works" when cashing me out. Kids w/h dipolma would even know how to operate cash registers, uneducated staff. Also don't even bother calling the General Mgr. on their receipt, someone will pick up the phone only to curse you back!! Have forwarded copy of my receipt to Subway Corporate...
Read moreExtremely rude employees. Immeadiately accused me of trying to push something at them because I put my hand on the cookie case and it slid forward. If i had been pushing it it would have been in the floor. On top of not listening to me when I told her I was with door dash. I was questioned because I was wearing a grubhub hat. I suppose if i had had a cowboys hat on I'm a football player. Hope not to ever be sent back here again. Extremely poor customer service from the 1 of them working there on tuesday...
Read moreI'll be coming back to this Subway for sure because of the employee Naz. He was receiving a bad attitude from a fellow co-worker, but remained, positive, calm, and continued to smile for his customers no matter what, he also made me a top quality Chicken Wrap too. Awesome employee.
I don't know the young lady employees name but they really need to get spoken to about how they treat their fellow employees and how they act around customers...
