Where do I start? First, let me say I haven't eaten here in years because for a long time after the pandemic was over, they had only drive thru service available. Many restaurants were doing that. There was always the guise that they didn't have manpower, or enough business to justify having the dining room open, yada yada yada... But the general population understands how much cheaper it is to run a drive thru only, so there was motive to milk that ruse. Then a large portion of us banded together and boycotted those places. Having said that, the dining rooms are back open at nearly all the fast food joints. This particular store has an exceptional staff and it's managed very well (The Daleville store is a close second). I stopped in the other day to pick up breakfast for my wife. I ordered her the breakfast platter, which oddly enough, didn't come with meat, so I added bacon. She said it was the best fast food egg she's ever had and was comparable to a mom-and-pop diner version. I had the steak egg and cheese biscuit combo. Overall the food was far above average for fast food even considering that Bojangles has been one of my favorite fast foods for 20 years since the bo-rounds are one of my favorite addictive potatoes. Their prices seem to have increased more than comparable fast food joints since the new administration took office and started squeezing the American populace. Nearly $5 for $.30 of potatoes is pushing greed so I'm probably going to give up on those delicious taters. But since my wife really enjoyed that breakfast and it's on the path home from work, I'll probably be hitting this place up for that platter many more times.
This is a clean store, even the bathrooms and I can't say enough about the employees' good attitudes. It's rare for me to give fast food 4 stars across the board...
Read moreIm not the one for reveiws but this deserves one. Just left from Bojangles and Ordered a Medium Cajun Fillet combo. The employee working the window clearly stated " We don't have anymore medium cup lids, so ill give you a large drink and a medium drink. Ok cool, but I noticed as I was leaving that it was a small Boe Round. So I went back to the window and told the Lady. Immediately she got offensive and stated that she didn't say that. I calmly told the lady yes you did and she denied it again. Then, the manager come to the window and asked to see the receipt and said that she only charged you for a small. I clearly told the lady that I ordered a medium and she gave mea large cup because they where out of medium tops and a supposedly a medium Boe Round but that wasn't the case. So, the manager asked for the Boe Rounds back through the window 🤔. I showed her the small Boe Rounds and stater "Mam you're not supposed to take food back across the window" note: I'm 34 years old and only worked McDonald's at 15 years old and I knew that. Anyways, after that the manager was even more upset and told me that I have to pay for the extra to upgrade from a small to a medium 😲 as my I retrieved my card I stated "Mam, I wasn't in the wrong and I know what was conversed. I'm not swiping my card for an upgrade but I'll gladly pay for another Boe Round". The manager seemed even more mad because I chose that option over hers and snatched my card, then slammed the window. Not to mention that this went on for about 8-10 mins and the line was wrapped around the building. After that I received my additional Boe Rounds that I paid for and my day is...

Overall good experience. Food is great. Had a few experience where the staff was a little uncouth
(could have learned proper business edicate a little better when addressing people).
For example don't gawk or make a comment to a customer when they forgot to mention something and even apologized about it beforehand.
It happens.
Certainly don't agree with them and tell them to do better next time in a condescending tone. I did have to laugh a bit at the absolute savagery of associates honesty. I mean I did forget to mention the thing. So she did have to do what every summer salt needed to happen to make the correction.
I can let those things slide, but maybe...
