McDonald's — Restaurant in Salem

I will NEVER eat here again.!!!!!! I am beyond disgusted with McDonald's and my order and the customer service there. First off we get there not to many people in the restaurant so my husband and I order a number 10 ( 2 sausage burritos meal) and a #5.

We wait patiently for 45 minutes to get our food. Upon getting it is taking a bit of my burrito and it is cold... not only cold but bits were still frozen, the cheese was weird and Gummy and the bottom of the burrito was fried and rock hard.

My husband goes up to the counter were the manager Sabrina had her back turned to him. He said excuse me several times with no response from her. So he said it one more time with some conviction and she finally turned and was very rude to him. He showed her the burritos and explained that they were cold and she so rudely said there was nothing she could do but heat it back up in the microwave. My husband asked for a refund and she got pissy and said no.

That is when I went up and explained that serving food under temp is a health code violation and can make people sick and that all I wanted was a refund for my burritos as they are unsafe to eat and I at this point lost my apatite. I was yelled at by Sabrina saying that I needed to eat my food or go. And if I didn't she would call the police to remove me.

That's when I got pissed and asked for her info and the store information to call corporate and make a complaint. They refused to give me the info or give me a receipt when I asked. I finally had to grab another customers receipt to get the info.

While on the phone with corporate I explained what was going on and they asked me what the managers name was. At the time I didn't know because she wasn't wearing a name tag. So I asked a worker they went and got her. So while I'm standing there on the phone with corporate I ask her name. She refuses to give it to me. I tell her I'm on the phone with corporate and they would like to know her name. And again I get its none of my business what her name is. I tell corporate what she said and she flipped out on me finally she told me her name was Sabrina.

Needless to say I got several witnesses phone numbers gave them to corporate as they are opening an investigation on how I was treated by that horrible excuse if a manager. Way out of line and I was very proud of myself for handling it as calmly as possible.

So a word of advice to anybody wanting to eat at McDonald's in West Salem on Wallace Road. Their customer service completely sucks they serve dangerous food that is not up to temperature to customers and don't care. Like I said I will absolutely never go back to that establishment thanks to the rude customer service experience from the manager Sabrina...

Let's talk one of my Fav Locations: McDonald's Drive thru (570 Wallace Rd., West Salem) I order a Mango Pineapple Tropical Smoothie and a Large Coke. I pull over in the parking lot and spend a some "me an' Smoothie" time. I just have to 'cause I just can't drive and Smoothie too! I find I close my eyes and say, "Yum!" Update: “$4.20, I believe it’s $4.20” “Are you sure?” “Yes, that’s what it usually always is for a medium Mango – Pineapple Smoothie and a large Coke.” I am at the McDonald’s closest to my house, breaking in a new Taker of My Order. McDonalds is the 1st stop before I go anywhere. “Why?” you ask? I simply love going there. Did you know why their beverages are so delicious? Of course, special care is taken to make sure the ratio of syrup to carbonated water to ice to the size of the straw is in harmony. Plus, the taste is so fine because the proprietor cleans the dispensary and delivery systems. I am so lucky ‘cause I can order a M&M McFlurry even though M&M’s are not listed on the Menu. I buy a box of cookies all the time. Their Pancakes are so good sometimes I just order them and eat them. Have you tried the BUTTERMILK CHICKEN!!! To live for!!! I order as much as I can afford that day so when I get home, I can get a decent share (my Kiki Kitties demand an equal share. I like to dip them in Sweet & Sour or Ranch, actually, I really like dipping them in Carl’s Jr Ranch if I have any in the fridge. Let’s talk FRIES, McDonalds is the Champ! I would like them to make some fish burger sauce to dip the fries in. Arctic Circle created fry sauce and the still Rule. However, McDonalds is pretty darn good. I always end up getting a Fish Sandwich. It’s. They are my fav. I have eaten everything on the menu. Not a fan of the Rib…. One of my best memories is watching folks watch my almost 6 month baby holding a chocolate shake and sipping joyfully through a straw. I had him securely in the high chair. Everyone kept saying that a baby could not drink through a straw. (Hey, I would not give him a thin liquid. What a mess that would be! Milk and juice need a couple more months of “sipping regulation” before putting a beverage in his hands.) I appreciate the folks that run this McDonalds, whether AM or Midnight they are cheerful and kind. Why else would I drop by twice a day...

Worst over a ll experience at a McDonalds EVER! First sat in line of 5-no more than7 cars ahead of us for over 20 min before ordering. When stopped at 1st window to pay, I was given the incorrect amount of my $1.35 and only received the .35 After finally getting to 2nd window, I explained I was shorted & was looked at like i was pulling a fast one, although I eventually did get my 1$ Our drinks were incorrect & sat for approx 8 min on counter before I asking for them. His response was, they are not all ready yet, I replied thats fine but those 2 soft drinks sitting there that are we would very much appreciate if we could have while waiting, for we are very thirsty & just looking at them is making it worse. He didn't give us them, he turned his cheek & went to prepare the slurppee one , so then he was ready to give, now all 3 were poured Mind u it was 90 deg that day! Finally, we got the food , after 45 min-1hr from start to finish experience, with this McDz drive thru. Food was Nasty, & when I say Nasty, in literally mean, wait &all aside, this was the Ultamite WORST food & over all experience at any McDzz EVER!! We ordered the $5 special going on, & with ?chicken, 4 nuggets, small fry and drink. Fries cold, but very full, so awful tasting with a bad aftertaste of some type? Tasted as if could of been more than 2-3days old , but how ? Asked specifically for fresh nuggets, they came hard, from over deep fried, discolored, from being old & sitting& possibly being reheated ? Also cold. Mcchickem was old, could tell it had been reheated, when tried chewing, it was like chewing a piece of rubber, as well as bun was old & falling apart from being so dried out& old. With line taking as long as it had, we were extremely hesitant to ask to have remade, but, afterall we sat back in line , because we were so hungry & late at this time, there's not much else to choose from. After approx 40 more min. We got our food replaced but only the fries and 2 sets nuggets. Fries were hot & great for McDz, like they should have been. Nuggets, again, horrid! So we ate the fries and called it good and will never...
