Unprofessional manager. Normally this place has been fine. This morning, however, I got home with a drive thru order and realized the 2 Diet Dr Peppers were extremely clear (tasted awful). I regret not realizing this when they were handed to me, but was also surprised the employee filling them didn't notice. My wife called to let the manager know the syrup must be low, and also that we were bothered we weren't offered a receipt so we couldn't leave a review with it. The manager said "We give a receipt unless it looks like they don't want it". When my wife said it wasn't even offered he hung up on her without another word. The guy didn't even offer a simple "sorry about that". My wife tried to call again and calls were getting sent straight to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the management.
Update: my wife was upset enough to take the drinks back and get them replaced, and when she told the same manager she spoke with on the phone he said "I wish someone would have told us it was low."...

So back to waiting another 10 minutes. They bring the my order so I go park to check it. It's someone else's order again. So I go inside and they had no clue what my actual order was. Some of the employees were too busy chatting to care and mocking customers so loud you can hear it out front and through the drive thru window, one girl in particular with extravagant eye makeup. The manager looked grubby like he hadn't showered in a week and couldn't even read the receipt in the ap. What was supposed to be a quick trip down the street turned into an hour trip. They atleast offered my kids some desserts for free for screwing up so bad. After this experience I likely won't go back unless new management takes over.    Read more1âď¸ = EXTREMELY SLOW drive up window service, when comparing to other McDonaldâs restaurantâs (Santaquin & Spanish Fork). *Average window order wait time from stopping vehicle at beginning of drive-up window back of line to finally leaving with your food is legit on average (20-25+ minutes)(Monday-Friday) (11:00-1:00 pm) lunchtime rush hours. *My longest wait time so far = 36 minutes. *EXTREMELY SMALL PARKING LOT AREA. Most customers are forced to park across the street and WALK from (1 of 3 locations) = (Dollar Store, Stokes Market, or public residential street parking next to privately owned homes).
