Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Saline

We've ordered from Jets many times over the years. I'm my opinion, it's gone severely down hill. Their customer service is very poor. The last 2 times I've ordered, they have incorrectly processed the order, and delivered the wrong items. They never offer to correct the order; just a small partial refund. The pizza cheese has been like rubber, and tough to chew. Not only that, but it comes off the actual pizza in one giant hard chunk. It's just very poor. We ordered a salad, and the lettuce was brown & they didn't add chicken or dressing as requested. It was not fresh at all. Overall, extremely disappointed. My daughter went to pick up my pre ordered pizza that they said would be 20 minutes. My daughter is in her late 30s by the way. She got there and the girl that was working kept asking for the name and she acted like she couldn’t hear correctly about five times and then my daughter spelled my simple 4 letter name to her and the girl said they never made the order yet so your going to have to wait 20-30 more minutes. When it was ready the girl and the man working were rude to her for no reason. Oh yes I forgot that they burned our two pizzas as well. Rude. Called 18 minutes before closing and was actually told I had 10 minutes to get there... So I asked, aren't you open for more than 15 minutes and was told that they would have the pizza ready in 10 so I should be there in 10 minutes if I was going to place an order. The guy was even more rude and put out after me asking the question. Welp, it's been 15 minutes and the pizza is just now ready. Learn some customer service.
