We've ordered from Jets many times over the years. I'm my opinion, it's gone severely down hill. Their customer service is very poor. The last 2 times I've ordered, they have incorrectly processed the order, and delivered the wrong items. They never offer to correct the order; just a small partial refund. The pizza cheese has been like rubber, and tough to chew. Not only that, but it comes off the actual pizza in one giant hard chunk. It's just very poor. We ordered a salad, and the lettuce was brown & they didn't add chicken or dressing as requested. It was not fresh at all. Overall, extremely disappointed. She got there and the girl that was working kept asking for the name and she acted like she couldn’t hear correctly about five times and then my daughter spelled my simple 4 letter name to her and the girl said they never made the order yet so your going to have to wait 20-30 more minutes.
