I haven't been to Wendy's in many moons and after today's experience it'll be many more before I ever go back. I ordered a bacon cheese and egg biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was stale and all I had was a lousy looking fried egg with an unmelted piece of American cheese and no bacon. The person working the drive-thru came to the window with her mask around her neck. The last time I went to this Wendy's I happened to notice all the garbage laying on the floor behind the front counter and I was the first one in line at the opening. When I saw the mess on the floor I asked the manager ma'am did you see that mess down there? Her reply was no, needless to say I left like a midnight Bandit. And now today just reinforced my decision not to go there anymore. Stay away
Here is an update. 2 years later, just went through Wendy's and got home. Forget my Burger, gave me a bake potato which I asked for everything and extra Sour cream, receive none of the above. How the hell it stays in business I don't know, in 2 years. It hasn't improved one bit. Please stop going to this dump. Totally disgusted...
Read moreWe arrived at the Wendy's drive-thru a little before 10 PM. They don't close until 11 PM. When we arrived there were people being served at the window. When we pulled into the drive-thru we had to wait for over 15 minutes as there someone in front of us in line which was no big deal we just assumed they might be understaffed. The person in front of us relayed their order through the intercom and pulled through. Once it was our turn to come up to the intercom we waited for someone to greet us, but no one spoke. I spoke into the intercom and recieved no response. We sat at the intercom for about 7 minutes when I finally decided to pull around. We pulled around and saw no one was being served at the window. We then pulled back into the drive-thru and someone finally greeted us stating "Unfortunately we are closed." Worst customer service ever. The least they could have done was told us they were closed so we didn't sit and wait at the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes. We will not be returning to this...
Read moreWent through the first time and got my drinks but got the wrong order, didn’t realize till I got home. Called them to see if I could come get my order and the girl on the phone said it would be fine to come back and pick it up. I pulled up and there was a line. I wasn’t about to wait another 15 mins to get my food. So I drove up to the last window. I informed the guy at the window that I was there to pick up my order that was messed up. It seemed like he didn’t know what I was talking about, granted it seemed like rush hour so things might have just been all over the place. The guy at the window made a comment about me skipping the line (again I wasn’t waiting for my food that should have been right from the start) when I finally got my food I told the guy at the window to have a good day (I’ve worked retail mistakes happen) the guy at the window slammed the window in my face.
