Over cooked, small portions, over priced and poor management!!!!
I've loved this place for years until tonight. I called my food in for pick up and they hung up when I asked how long will it take. I called back and told them that I was trying to ask how long my food would take to be ready and that they hung up on me in mid sentence and they said "well we don't even cook to go orders until you arrive"... to me that's something customers should be made aware of. Then after picking up my food and having to wait for it when I got there..after calling it in before arriving smh, we got home and the meat was over done, the portions were so small that we didn't have enough food for dinner when normally we could make it 2 meals and the veggies were soggy. We called Tokyo and asked to speak to a manager and I was put on hold but could here the manager telling the lady who answered to say she was busy. She picked up and said no manager was working and when I confronted her she said well there busy. I told her my issues and she told the "manager that wasn't there" and they told me to bring in my food but not if any was eaten. I explained that if we hadn't eaten a bite then how could we know it wasn't cooked right and that eating any doesn't change the fact it was small small portions and over done. I couldn't ever get the manger on the phone and got told they couldn't do anything about it. Honestly they don't care yo fix their mistakes or hear what the customers have to say about their establishment if it's negative. I'll never eat...

And you guess it, the only thing special about it was the name, wings came in nice and hot, but I was given the sauce in a 2 oz platic container intead of the wings tossed with the sauce.
The fried rice was colder than my ex's heart, I saw a wok in the kitchen and I was specting a steaming portion of fried rice, instead of that I received like 2 cups of cold, morning made rice, with canned veggies, not egg, just soy sauce an pepper.
To the owner of the restaurant: Do you even know what is fried rice?? Do you even wok bro?? I know you are trying to save money but, portion sauce for wings, that's low. And the prices are very similar to any other place.
If you value your family or you have a small reminisce of respect for your person, please avoid the wings, and everything with fried rice.

I used to come here once a week (or more) in high school and when I was in town when I was in college. Then there was a fire and it took years to open back up. My mom still comes here some.
Recently moved back. Now I love 5 minutes away if that. You can't call ahead at all anymore. So the "drive through" takes about 22 minutes if anybody is ahead of you (3 cars). I type this as I'm in line. Then they want you to pull ahead and wait. The lady behind you in the big svu wants you to move forward more so the people three cars back can order
Oh and now the menu on the outside has lovely green duct tape over things they don't sell anymore (?). Not even white. Green on a white sign and what looks like white out as the prices changes on some things. Yet the inside has like 5 flat screens for the menu?
