I have nothing but love for this place!! Right off the bat, you are greeted by the genuinely friendly Ali! She said it was "Ali, with an I" so I hope I'm spelling that right. (edit: I fixed her name to spell it right!) Ali is incredibly helpful, nice, and friendly. Her attitude lights up the room! Or at least, the service counter. My boyfriend had a million and one questions about the food and the menu and she was polite and friendly about it and not at all rude or condescending with her answers. If you happen to get a chance to talk to her older sister, they are really adorable about how they interact.

Okay but what about the phở? It's great! It's made the homemade way. Phở is my mostest favorite food ever and jump on any opportunity to eat it when I can. I won't lie, I've had better but this bowl is definitely up there! The only complaint I have is that the aromatics and the flavor are just a little weak but that's it. It is on point! Not even enough to remove a star. (edit: it's improved. OMG!)

Long story short, if you're in Salisbury I definitely recommend this little place for some yummy Vietnamese...especially if you're a Vietnamese novice!!

Edit: the pho has improved drastically in the past months. It is something awesome. Absolutely delicious. I got my regular bowl tonight and brought it home. Pho deluxe, extra noodles, no jalapeños due to allergy, and I don't use the limes so they leave them out :) My boyfriend gets the same, and also the Vietnamese BBQ fries

I was unpacking and realized...they forgot one bag of the herbs! Gasp! And then I realized that for the...10? 15? times I've gotten pho here, this is the FIRST TIME they have EVER messed up an order. I was immediately inspired to edit this review :) I would give it 9/5 stars if I could. Haha!...

Ordered online via ChowNow, and it was quick and easy. We even got a discount through ChowNow. We ordered Just Right Pho, Fried Pork & Veggie Dumplings, Lemongrass Rice Bowl (veggies on the side). Everything was fresh, delicious, filling, and very flavorful. I was nervous about trying a "new" restaurant through takeout, but everything was perfect when we unpacked it at home. We will surely make this a regular for our family.

10/8/20 - Still really great food and customer service!

10/10/20 - The owner/chef became the NASTIEST person I have ever encountered when she failed to give me the extra noodles I ordered. I ordered takeout here 3 days in less than one week and always paid for extra noodles to share with my family. This time, the chef messed up, which I thought should've been a quick & easy fix. I asked her to please look at the food I'd just received to see how little noodles she'd put in there, and she refused and tried to embarrass me. This time she had also forgotten all of the other extras (meat, veggies) I'd ordered until the kind cashier reminded her. All I wanted was what I paid for and some respect/ appreciation for even choosing her restaurant considering there are ALWAYS other options. Nevertheless, she is prideful, nasty, disrespectful, and her business will surely fail because of the horrible way she treated me (a "regular"). Pride falls before the (wo)man! All of this over $1-$2 of extra noodles. 😮 She became so ugly so fast. I'm glad her true colors quickly surfaced before anyone else I know spends another penny in...
