It's like the old timey Hardware store and a little bit of Lowe's and a little bit of Home Depot in a little box store. Has some pretty neat things even security cameras and alarm systems. Both electric and gas pressure washers at very reasonable prices. Now that Sears is not around this is kind of a better version of True Value. Because you actually have decent prices on the various hardware items and tools with warranties. Hard-to-find items and things to make your do-it-yourself projects easier. Be sure you use the coupons that come in the mail and newspaper. Get on there mailing list and they will mail you extra coupons. And also always pick up their free give aways. The stuff I've gotten free there I've actually used more than I thought I would especially the eyeglass driver set. And they have given me plenty of neat flashlights. Well went there and had great service while in the store could not ask for better service. Well took a product home and put it all together. After it was put together there was 1 small part that would not operate properly. Called in to the store and let them know and WOW could not believe the way the manager on duty treated me. Would not even help me. Told me I had to drive back over there turn in the item I purchased and since they didn't have the color I bought in stock I had to leave it there and they would call me and I would have to drive back when it came in. Which is 45 minutes from my location. Ask if they could just open a different color and replace the part that would not operate told me no got an attitude with me and hung up on me. So I called back same person answered the phone told me they would not help me. Then I called the Concord store and there the manager was so nice and help me with the situation and made it better so I drove for 1 & a half hour and took care of my situation and did the switch out. I will drive 2 hrs past this store from now on and will never spend another penny in this store due to the rude and BAD...
