Wendy's — Restaurant in Salisbury

Worst Wendy's we've ever been to. Went to drive through and waited almost 5 minutes before the person in front of us was waited on. When it was our turn, the woman on the intercom said "I'll be with you in a minute". We waited another 5 minutes. My husband called out and asked if anyone was there and she said "I'll be with you in a minute" all the while we now have 6 cars behind us. People are coming out from the restaurant throwing trash out, with still no service. Finally after 10 minutes she helped us. If it weren't for the fact we were traveling, we would have just left. When we got up to the window to get our food, we told her we didn't want the drink carrier, but she handed it out anyway and the old woman with her said, "you can take your drinks out" and then shut the window. They were rude and obviously don't want their job for long. We tried to give them a second chance on another trip to NC and ordered a 4 for $4 and a $5 big bag. The woman told us that you can no longer have a bacon double stack, so we ordered the double stack, then asked for the junior bacon cheeseburger for the 4 for $4. Opening the bag after pulling out of the drive thru, they omitted the bacon on the junior bacon cheeseburger. I had to walk back up to the window and knock on it breeches no one would answer the door.l The restaurant was closed to people coming in the store. Once they opened the window, they offered to make a new sandwich. Once the did and I hit back in the car, I saw they omitted the bacon again! I AGAIN walked to the drive thru and asked for the bacon. A Ronan who signed like she was from the Caribbean came out, was extremely nasty and rude, told me they no longer serve the bacon junior cheeseburgers in the 4 for $4. When I said no one told us that. She LIED and said she heard the lady tell us that. I tried to tell her the fondness was taking about the 5 for$5, she shut the window in my face! DON'T GO THERE!!! **I called the number on the back of the receipt NUMEROUS times to complain and no one seems...

Not listening to customers and drive through. This place is bearable during the day and you can get a decent meal possibly. That is when there a 1 Crew is in here that has been here a while. However after 9:30 p.m. at night it becomes a totally different restaurant. I am a third shift worker and try to go here before I go into work. Many times my wife goes for me to get me a meal. Because of the late night the dining room is closed. So she has to go through the drive-thru which is never a pleasant thing at this place. They constantly get your orders wrong and blame you for it. One of the older managers actually got mad at my wife one night. When my wife drove around to tell her her order was still not right. She took an attitude with my wife. She even asked for the napkins back. This place gets way out of hand after 10 p.m. at night. They consistently screw up your orders and blame you on their consistent mistakes. I don't think they even listen to the customer and what their is at night. It is amazing the different configurations they make your sandwiches out of when you tell them exactly what you want on it. It's like they are on another planet. This place needs a total management redo at night. Don't get angry at the customers we are only trying to get what we order. Don't bother going here right now it is a crazy place at night no management and they will not make your sandwiches correct. When you go back they get mad at you for wanting your food right. This place is totally out of whack after...

Ok ,I love my occassional Wendys surge ,but this location on my only 2 visits was straight filthy . The service counter was dirty and only 1 staff member working it . When given our cups ,the entire drink service area was wet corner to corner ,had assorted trash on it and most lids and sundries were nearly out . Once getting drinks the 3 of us in a nearly empty dining area went to sit ,but every single table was nasty ,sticky ans had multiple wet and dried crusted areas After literally finding the only semi clean area to sit for 3 , I went to sit and noticed both chairs had large dried sticky spills on the seats ,so I had to play musical chairs to set up to eat . After about 6 minutes I walked up to the empty counter and our food was sitting getting cold with the baked potato holding it up from being called as done When it finally came both burgers ,2 fries and a chicken sandwhich were cold ,the double stack with cheese tasted oddly off ,like it was old and my spicy chicksn looked like someone stepped on it ..it was a sad squashed semblence of its previously eaten standard. The baked potato was literally all cheese n kind of gross ,as the cheese covered every centimeter of the potato and the box it was in . The salad and the drink machine were the only good part of this visit .. But the cleanliness needs super work as this was at 3...
