Burger King — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

I'm sorry to say that this is the worst Burger King in the valley. $10 for a warmed small squished burger and some barely-edible tator tots. The taste was not good. The beef tasted old or dirty, and had a wet animal smell. Blech. It's all I had to eat and I had already skipped breakfast so I powered through it. I got some indigestion over it. There was almost nobody there even though there were a lot of people coming in and out of the whole building (it's attached to a gas station). I'd think a location having this much traffic and at this expense would be better than average, but nope, just the opposite. I'm tired of trash food when I don't have much to choose from. I know there's a list of other restaurants that would love to take over this place and be a favorite for people at...

I work close to this BK so it is handy to stop in for a quick lunch grab. The last 2 visits though were awful. The last visit I got a cheese burger that had so much ketchup and mustard that it should have been called a Ketchup Mustard Burger. Today I got 2 cheese burgers, the buns were dry, the beef patty was room temp, the cheese was still cold and had never melted, so the burger was assembled COLD. It had so many pickles and again ketchup and mustard that it was hard to choke down, when you are in a hurry and hungry you just wolf that stuff down. These burgers should have been called Ketchup Mustard pickle sandwiches on dry buns. THEN!!! to add insult to injury... you go to the customer care link on the BK site and it gives you an error. We had a flight delay and stopped in to hang out and eat for awhile. The burgers were not very hot so I let them know and they were happy to remake the order and give me a future free meal, so I was pleased they were trying to make it right. The seating/ decor looks nice and newer since this location hasn’t been opened very long. You can note that several of the airport staff/ employees come to eat here since it is so close to the terminal. It was really easy for us to loop back in and go to the short term parking garage. It’s convenient by the Gad station so I actually got hot chocolate from the gas station. The costa vida in between looks like a grid option...
