This location sucks. I don't think they will post my comments to their page so I'll tell my story again here. It was around 11pm when I got into the drive thru, there were 3 cars in front of me. It took a good 30 minutes before the person in front of me finally made it up to the speaker to order and another 15 before they were finally greeted and able to order, so I didn't think much of it when I pulled up to place my order and wasn't greeted. I sat there patiently for over 15 minutes before I started to wonder what was going on and asked for help. After another 5 minutes without being helped I got out of my truck and walked around the corner to see what was holding up the line, only to find that there was no one at the windows. After getting back to my truck I again asked for help and waited another 5 minutes before losing my patience and pulling straight up to the window only to find that the store was empty. Keep in mind it's advertised that they're open until 1am. The part that upsets me the most is that I drive a Ram 1500, that sucker is loud so whoever was working the drive thru HAD to have heard me pull up and the employees HAD to have seen the 15 cars waiting in the line of the drive thru and yet not a single one had the common courtesy to say ANYTHING. All I would have liked is for someone to tell me they were closing early. It just shows that the employees are ass holes and have no respect for their customers or their time. My family eats at McDonald's pretty frequently, mainly because it's so close to home but after this experience we will not be going back. I work in customer service myself and I am completely disgusted with the way they handled this situation. I tried to call to leave a message for the general manager or see if there was any mention of them closing 2 hours but of course the line has been busy all night. To the owner or general manager: your employees are ass holes and have zero respect for your customers or even us as human beings. As a manager myself, if this was my store and my employees, they would all get written up at the very least if not fired. I can guarantee that the store lost hundreds of dollars in sales tonight, there were at least 10-15 cars behind me and when I drove by 45 minutes later after getting dinner from somewhere that knows what customer service means, there as still a huge line of people sitting in the drive thru waisting their time waiting on service and food they were never...
Read moreOn 07/11/2023 at 11:49 am (order 97) I swung by here before leaving from my vacation to get home. We stopped by this location to grab something quick and easy bc I wanted to get home as soon as possible. I wasn’t feeling well at all bc during my stay, the night before, I had gotten really hurt and was told I had a concussion and unfortunately a torso wound. I was trying to get back home to Atlanta so I could properly take care of myself. I also had just lost my aunt and I was extremely, extremely upset and in pain. The lady who rung us took our money was extremely rude to us while speaking to us. I made a comment to my fiancé that she needed to work on her attitude bc it was terrible. I didn’t say it to her, but I believe she overheard me tell him. I looked to my left and she was staring at me so I stared back and it was weird so I just smiled. She proceeded to laugh at me while looking me dead in the face. Another lady was beside her and I have no idea why she was laughing to, I’m assuming the cashier said something rude about us. I have no idea. That is completely unacceptable. She only added to my mental and physical health issues by treating me that way. Working a customer service job is a job where you should treat people with respect because you do not know what the person is dealing with in life and I was not rude to her in the least bit. I smiled at her while she was staring… I don’t even feel comfortable eating the food now. I am extremely upset and she really shouldn’t work with customers if that’s how she is going to treat people. I talked to the manager on duty and told her but I believe she really should get reprimanded for that behavior. I have never been so disrespected especially with all that had happened to me. Absolutely...
Read moreEmbarrassing customer service. I believe I’m complaining about a manger but cannot say for sure… I called to speak to a manger at the store before looking for the franchise owners information. This review is specifically being written to outwardly express my disappointment in basic human decency. I’m aware some restrooms are locked due to homelessness or drug abuse. However if a woman comes in, clearly experiencing excruciating discomfort, and you cross your arms and refused to let her use the restroom. You’re not a decent human, a good employee, or some kind of policy keeper good doer. It was a downpour outside, and I didn’t know the area… so I had to squat outside my car with two strange men covering me to relieve myself before I ruined my pants. Not only am I embarrassed, but offended. I’m a mother to a young baby yet that’s not even important. Denying someone in desperate need to an accessible toilet is unjust. Risking indecent exposure in public because I wasn’t allowed in a restroom is humiliating. After being in customer service for 20 years I felt the right thing was to call and express my frustration to the manager. Yet I was met with more indecency. Appalled, embarrassed, angry, and wildly disappointed in the customer service employees are trained and paid to provide. I worked at a Wendy’s for 3 years. I am not coming from a place of ignorance. This was obviously a very vulnerable situation for me and I would have liked to speak directly to the woman who advertently sent me out to pee in the rain in front of strangers. I hope you find a new job that does not require interaction with the public. Do better. Obviously McDonald’s isn’t hiring based on customer...
