If you want incredible elevated Vietnamese/Asian fusion food + service that will make you feel like you’re family, run — do not walk — to Miss Saigon Catering. Aimee, Brian, Parker, and countless others helped my now-wife and I prepare an incredible dining experience for our wedding guests (and ourselves).

We initially met with the MSC team 8 months before our big day, and were so impressed with the team’s friendliness, attention to detail, and menu options, that we immediately moved forward with them. Throughout the process, the team was helpful and responsive with everything we needed, from curating the perfect menu for us and hosting a taste test, to the small details like getting napkins that matched our wedding colors. The team was even kind enough to accommodate a last-minute vegetarian addition to the menu.

Now on to the big day. Thanks to their brand-new mobile kitchen, the MSC team was able to provide fresh food and fast service to our guests. The team worked extremely hard, arriving hours before serving time. All attendees, including hard-to-impress Vietnamese people, were in awe of the food. Nearly everyone we talked to said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The NY steak (cooked at two different temperatures), traditional Vietnamese egg rolls, and crab fried rice were crowd favorites. At the end of the night, a generous quantity of leftovers was boxed up for us and other guests. Lastly, considering the quality of service and food, we felt like the price was absolutely reasonable — a bargain even.

I wanted to take a minute and write this review for the Miss Saigon Catering team. I recently had a first birthday party for my son, and I used this team to cater the event. From the beginning of talking to Aimee, I knew that they were the right choice. Aimee is on top of her game and she's very responsive and was great to work with.
