The owner he was so disrespectful and tried to run away from the responsibility but he made the franchise owner talk to us, he said that I’ll try to understand from the rose park owner and the very next day he texted me threatening to call the cops!!!!! What are you serious????? Trying to threaten me call the cops??? To make a long story short my whole family got food poisoning and we immediately called the Health department about the food and the Health department immediately took care of them. We called Wagner the Manager of this store laughed thinking we were lying and had no remorse. The kids suffered the most. Jesus the owner of the franchise was no better. Delicious chicken at a pretty reasonable price for the portion and quality. If you like El Pollo Loco, this is the family run better version of that. The chicken is perfectly seasoned in the Sinaloa style, lots of flavors not too spicy. If you want spice they have one delicious hot salsa and a more mild salsa that comes with it. The icing on the cake is that this meal comes with delicious grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño.
