I’ve went to this Starbucks for over a year now. I get the same drink. Today, the heavy cream in my drink was spoiled. Rancid. So I brought it back to tell them, I nicely told them that it was chunky, tasted spoiled, and honestly it smelled rancid. The guy that took my drink was nice and so is the girl (she’s always nice) but the rest of the crew tried to embarrass me by them taking sips of the heavy cream and loudly saying “it’s not spoiled. You’d know if it was spoiled.” I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service there until today. They keep switching employees every month, and this month it looks like very immature teenage boys. It’s getting to the point to where it doesn’t even taste like Starbucks anymore due to the turnaround rate. Read moreWent there on the night of Tuesday Jan. 4, 2022. Asked if they could check the balance of my giftcard, and I was treated like I was wasting their time. After placing my drink order, I politely asked worker if she could throw away my gift card as it was now empty, to which I was told no, but I could myself as she pointed behind me to the garbage can. She then proceeded to get her phone and sit on a crate and text while leaving her coworkers to make the drink, who also give me what seemed to be a screw you type of attitude when handing my drink over. And this is why every time the fight for $15/hr+ minimum wage comes up, beyond other obvious issues, this is exactly why it should be a no always, because it creates entitleded kids that treat the customer like garbage! Store was out of hot grande cups so Everytime some one would order a grande drink she would cut them off mid sentence and say you can't have that. Manager came out from behind to help but guest already started leaving. Very bad service and real embarrassing communication coming from team members. I ordered a grande macha frap which she could not find on her screen so she sent the order as a mocha frap. Manager already dealing with family who got the wrong drinks and I couldn't wait longer to get my drink corrected don't recommend this target...
