I booked a month in advance for April 29th. I’ve heard nothing but amazing things from this place so I was stoked. I saved up nail inspo all month long and was looking forward to getting my nails done since I haven’t had luck finding good nail artists here in SLC. My coworker gets hers done here so I knew the quality was going to be amazing since her nails always slay!

Unfortunately, their professionalism is not as amazing. I got an email from the nail artist I booked with in the beginning of the week stating that she had to cancel. No biggie, life happens and I’m super understanding about life and it’s unexpected ways. She gave me two dates that she could see me but I told her that none of those worked for me, and asked if she had any other options. Haven’t heard anything from her since and it’s been 5 days. I’d understand if she was just busy but I have seen her update her Instagram stories just fine in that time frame so clearly she has access to internet. Ignoring potential customers is a giant red flag in the way they value their customers and I’ve noticed Utah salons in general share this practice. So unfortunate. The quest for a decent nail...

Jessie is hands down the best! She creates such a warm, welcoming space and always offers the newest, most exciting nail enhancements. Her talent and knowledge blow me away every time I visit. Her business is spotless, with top-notch sanitation, which makes me feel completely at ease.

What I love most is how easy she is to spend time with—whether we’re chatting, sitting quietly, or my personal favorite, watching a movie while she works her magic on my nails.

OG review 2023: I found Jessie within a couple of months moving here. She is pure talent with nail art which so few actually do. I have yet to take inspiration photos and have her unable to do them.
