I must say I am very impressed with the collective of wonderful and talented people behind HK Brewing Collective / Han’s Kombucha. It comes to show that when amazing people come together, AMAZING things happen. The brewery is such a UNIQUE and wonderful addition to our city and community. The taproom is absolutely GORGEOUS! I love the modern southwestern desert decor, it gives off a warm, inviting, and chic vibe. I like HK Brewing Co.’s gentle approach of the fermentation process, I think it really creates the delicious flavors of their Darn Good Booch. I used to think I was not a fan of kombucha because in the past I tasted others that were too acidic and vinegary. I am so glad I gave kombucha another try because Han’s Kombucha totally changed my mind, and now I am OBSESSED. They have a variety of yummy flavors, it’s hard to decide which ones are my favorites … but if I had to choose, my TOP PICKS would be: Cheers Queers, El Tigre, Raspberry Rose, and Beet Lemonade. All so DELICIOUS! I also love that HKBC is women founded, led & queer owned. HK Brewing Co. is definitely my go to and favorite bar in SLC!

SO HAPPY to have stumbled upon this place. It's a little hidden but don't let that fool you. It's tucked behind the Tesla dealership. You walk inside and it's wide open, tall ceilings, and I love the adorable southwest decor. The kombucha alone is enough to get a good review, but then they are so creative and use them to craft some phenomenal cocktails! (They also have some stellar mocktails if that is more your vibe.) I also love that they have partnered with other local vendors to have yummy snacks on hand. Both hot and cold items. Definitely a place I can't wait to bring other friends to!

One of my favorite newer bars in SLC! I come here pretty often with friends and for trivia nights, and I’ve also stopped by in the afternoon to get some work done. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Their bartender, Maddie, is fantastic. She’s helpful, efficient, and kind. One of the best bartenders I’ve had! They also make some really creative drinks. I recently tried the Holy Roller and was impressed by the mix of flavors. There’s usually a great food truck outside, the patio is perfect, and parking is easy and plentiful.

One of my favorite newer bars in SLC! I come here pretty often with friends and for trivia nights, and I’ve also stopped by in the afternoon to get some work done. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Their bartender, Maddie, is fantastic. She’s helpful, efficient, and kind. One of the best bartenders I’ve had! They also make some really creative drinks. I recently tried the Holy Roller and was impressed by the mix of flavors. There’s usually a great food truck outside, the patio is perfect, and parking is easy and plentiful.
