I went into your location today to order food cashier handed me the wrong cup. Well enough I did ask for a large, the gentleman called me a ignorant prick went to the back to grab medium cups because he didn’t even have them to give me Irritated but still, this is something I could let go I asked to speak to the manager. She seemed to be busy put a finger up. I’m assuming to let me know she would be there as soon as she could. I stepped up to the side while the gentleman cashed out the next customer. I drive extra miles thinking this location will get the order right as the other Salt Lake stores, hire employees who cannot read plain English. David knows his business, but ordered a sugar cookie and a Dollar promotional Junior bacon cheeseburger. I even watched as David told the sandwich girl extra onions, and when when the bag was handed to me, no cookie, and Dave handed me my cookie after alerting David, but when I got home, no bacon, no extra onion rings just the two that should be on it in the first place and a tomato, the top on the tomato about the size of a silver dollar. Read moreWORST WENDYS EVER! We waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us just to order, we then waited another 10 minutes to get our food. We pull up to the window and the guy says “just one moment” okay cool, then all of a sudden out of nowhere he starts saying, “I love watching people get punched in the face and watching fights” and “I love watching car accidents and I love watching houses burn” UM OKAY?! What are we supposed to say to that? This Wendy’s seriously needs to monitor who they have working face to face with their customers. If he is not capable of doing so then he needs to be considered for a different job role or not working there at all. It was very uncomfortable. So after that whole weird incident and waiting forever to get our food and making us late to a game we were supposed to be at... THEY FORGOT AN ENTIRE MEAL OF OURS!
