Visiting for Kilby Block party and met a very nice employee on our way into the festival named Lilly who suggested we stop by their food truck. We did and it did not disappoint!! My husband and I shared a cilantro rice bowl and gyoza and it was incredibly delicious, filling and probably the most affordably priced food we had at the whole festival! Instantly craving it again the next day after the festival was over we decided to check out their actual restaurant location and we were equally impressed. The place is very cute and clean and Daniela at the counter was incredibly kind and made some good suggestions. I got the same rice bowl as before because it was so good and my husband got the Enso bento box which was also really good! Really impressed by the sushi roll in it too! Compared it to places back home in Washington that we like to eat at and for the cost and quality of food we are pretty amazed. Also just really wonderful staff! If I find myself in Salt Lake again I won’t be going without a stop at Yoshi’s! Thanks Lilly for the recommendation! You rock! :)

Their food truck came to my work and I really enjoyed my meal. This food truck had the longest line but orders were taken super fast and our food was immediately handed to us while still hot. I got the Raging Bull which was very good. The potion size was big. You can’t tell from the picture, but the bowl was really deep. I liked all the veggies and everything else included in the bowl. It was nice to have something that tasted healthy and not eat greasy food. Some of my coworkers thought it was too much rice but I liked it and they put enough sauce in the bowl for it to flavor all the rice. It was definitely filling and it was tasty.

From the outside it looks like a super lowkey restaurant but when you walk inside it is super nice! There is a parking lot right next to it which is highly convenient. The food here is pretty heavy, my bowl lasted me from lunch until dinner. Well worth the price, and I typically don’t like beef too much but really enjoyed the Kobe Beef bowl. My friend ordered the Yakisoba which was also delicious! Service was friendly.

Aesthetically, the food truck looks great and the employees are incredibly kind and patient. However, I ordered the egg rolls and dumplings AKA potstickers, and they were so deep fried that they gave us heartburn. The sauces they gave us were quite awful if I'm being honest, and nothing that anyone I know, would dip their egg rolls in. I don't even know what sauce it was, but we had to throw it out. I really don't like leaving reviews like this, but I'm a very honest person and I feel like even critical feedback is good for businesses. I spent $8 on deep-fried mini egg rolls and half a dozen potstickers that were not worth the money at all. I haven't tried the other stuff on the menu, so I can't speak for those, but there was no way to enjoy the flavour or taste of what I did get, because the way it was cooked was too overpowering - too oily...

This is my favorite place to eat but tonight as we got to the place the young lady had a very rude attitude while taking our order it’s not the first time this girl is just plain rude. We arrived to dine in around 8:20 we didn’t realize they close at 9 now. Rather then letting there last few customers enjoy there food they start rushing everyone out we had to take our last sushi roll to go and eat at a park down the street. I have never been to a restaurant who doesn’t allow there customers to finish before they start pouring chemicals to clean all over the place so they can get every one out. Not only that she goes back takes the bag the girl had already packaged our order in just to throw our sauce in there to toss at us. I understand she’s very young but definitely shouldn’t take on a job she...
