Took my granddaughter and some of her friends there and right in the middle of her ordering her food the person working the window just cut the speaker off and started talking to the other lane orders. And then I was gonna tell the person that was working window number one the he had the order wrong cause he put a quarter pounder on the ticket that hamburger was $11.09 just for the hamburger and as soon he opened his window he immediately started apologizing for the wait and the speaker shutting off. Making all kinds of excuses, didn't even count my change back to me he took the receipt and put the money with hand the change back and shut the window in our face, pulled up to the next window and I mentioned it to that person he looked at me like I was stupid and then he just stood at the window with a bag in one hand and messing with the food try he pulls off of closes the window, I hollered at him and just told him to give the food to us, then he shuts the window waits a couple of minutes then hands the drinks out. Then he. Looks at me while we are sitting here and mubbles some words I couldn't even hear what he was trying to tell me, and I would go to manger to the first window and tell him to we took off my granddaughter asked for her fries and none of the fries where in the back had to go all the way back, you would think being next to a busy freeway heavy traffic, they would have there speakers turned up so they could hear what the customer orders and they would key the order and have the intercome turned up so the customers could here the cashier, cause 4 sandwiches, 4fries, 4 drinks should have been around $25 to $30 for dinner, not no $54. 00 someone got a good tip today.....
Read moreSeveral times I have gone and been short3d chicken nuggets that's just about all I get. Yesterday I went and asked the highest count for nuggets and they said 40 pieces so I got 40 with 2 LG fries and 1 medium coke w no ice. We share fries and my 2 kids shares the coke while 4 of us get nuggets. The person taking my order told me of 2 bundles but said it was 2 20 pieces nuggets because why would I need less. It came up as 1 20piece on screen but she said she would fix it. I waited and waited then a sweet new girl came out w the wrong amount,came back twice and still didn't have the right amount then another employee came and got my receipt then tried to tell me differently from what I explained then the manager cane out and told me she is the one who took it but put it in wrong and said I'd have to be charged for the other 20 nuggets then wait for them even aftwr i repeatedlysaid what i needed and she said yes...Dear God please take accountability for your mistake. I will not give them any more of my money due to past mistakes and for a sorry excuse for a manager with a terrible attitude. Your approach and demeanor were very hateful, patience is a skill ma'am and you need to work on that. I get that it's hot and you have to overlook your employees among other responsibilities but smiling and taking accountability goes along way, your should have honored your mistake. Besides, the nuggets were dry so that was a greater disappointment. It's like throwing 20$ out the window. But also thank you so now I know not to waste money there anymore. Grace and peace to you...
Read moreI told my family tonight that we are NEVER going back to McDonald's in San Angelo. My daughter loves McDonald's so from time to time we'll take her as a treat. It seems like every other time we go though there's a problem whether it's long waits, missing items, or just flat out getting the wrong order. Tonight we ordered a 20 piece nuggets, Big Mac, and Quarter Pounder. Of course we don't check the order, get home, and the Big Mac isn't in the bag. If this was a one time event I understand, but we've had other problems in the past.
Twice in the mornings we've been asked to wait (once they asked us to pull to the far window and another time they asked us to park.) That's not a problem. On both occurrences though we waited well over 15 minutes before going inside to find our what's gong on. The first time they said they couldn't find our car. I told them I parked exactly where they asked, and then they argued that I drive a completely different vehicle. The second time, when I pulled to the far window they told me they'd forgotten about us. When problems have occurred there's been employees that obviously doesn't care, and one of the managers was flat out rude. Eric Wilson, you need to fix the problem. I've never had issues at the Southwest location. It's hard to believe two different locations could be so completely different when it comes to customer service. We'll be doing business with one of the other fast food joints...
