Arby's — Restaurant in San Antonio

(2023, 1 star) Wow this location is SUPER SLOW. It's also unacceptable to be told to park while waiting for fries after paying ... after already waiting in the drive-they line for 10 minutes AFTER ordering! And even after that, the fries were obviously not freshly cooked!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. (From my understanding, this location is ran by a different franchise company than all the other Arby's locations in the San Antonio area.)

(2024, 1 star) I don't get it. So, I was craving Arby's, and unfortunately, this was the only Arby's that was available in the area. At least the speed of service was a ton better this time, but ...

...Something near the drive-through window smelled like a lit candle; I swear if someone have a little match in the area, something would have exploded. Also, for some reason, when I took a bite of my roast beef sandwich, there was some thing that had a sandy texture within the sandwich. Not sure what was going on there, but it sure gross me out while I was biting my sandwich.

I should've realized I needed to avoid this...

Haven't been to this Arby's in a while. Meeting some friends in the area and thought to grab a quick bite here beforehand.

I had seen the sign for the Orange cream shake outside and was curious on how it was. Also saw the $5 meal deal when I got inside. I had asked the guy behind the cashier if I could get the $5 roast beef meal deal but upgrade the drink to the orange cream milkshake with extra charge. The guy said that I couldn't do that and had to get the regular meal which left me confused. He gave me the regular roast beef meal and substituted the drink for the shake which came out to be a little over $7. I think it was the same as what I asked for originally.

Anyway, I ate most of it and enjoyed the milkshake which was like an orange creamsicle. I would usually get the Jamocha shake and glad I tried the orange cream...

Say Arby’s advertisement of the wygu beef medium well burger so I decided to stop by. Well the service was great, had to wait a little extra time for preparation. Once home the burger was definitely cooked medium well, though seem it had been prepared quickly because it was a little sloppy, a dab of sauce, little lettuce, and a mushy tomato. The beef tasted a little different than your normal beef it didn’t have that grill taste or char. Arby’s need to do a better job on their curly fries. The fries are more like pieces rather than whole curly fries. Come on Arby’s you have to step up your Game a put more pride in...
