I specifically asked for some whata sauce on the side, so when i got to the window i reminded the girl who charged me before she handed me my food. When she gave me my food, she asked if i needed anything else so my wife said "as long as there's whata sauce in the bag we're good". Then the girl said "you might want to check the bag sir because sometimes they'll forget", so i told her well just give me one because im not going to go through all my bag with a long line behind me". She then said "well can you please check if not i can give you another one". At this point i just couldn't understand why she didn't check the bag herself before handing it to me and make sure that my sauce was in there....so it upset me and i told her "its ok hopefully it's in my bag". Then she said "are you sure sir because i could just give you one". At this point i was like "well if you could just give me one then why didn't you when i first asked but yet you wanted me to check my bags", im saying this as im driving away. My wife with a shocking look on her face "as to how this employee contradicted herself" started checking the bags but didnt see no whata sauce. So im like its ok that sauce better be in there because she just made a big deal about just handing me a whata sauce. When we get home, which is about another 15 minutes give or take, we started to give the kids all their food and guess what "NO WHATA SAUCE"! SMH SMH! Something so simple turned into a bad experience. And being that i had gone through the drive thru service, that was particularly busy at the time, that's why i didn't want to go through the bags because we made a fairly large order. But all she had to do was give me a whata sauce from the get go, if she insisted she could give me one regardless if i checked my bag or not...but still was so persistent that i check my bags. Read moreWhataburger is probably my number one place to go and eat and it's convenient and fast. But this Whataburger has continually messed up my orders to the point where I can't go through the drive-thru because I'm always having to return to get my order fixed. I have to always pull my burger out and make sure they put all of my ingredients and since they leave out something nearly 80% of the time. When I pay for something to be in there it would be nice to know that it's there. I almost expect them to mess it up every time now. I am a big drinker of tea and seems like they are always running out of t or the tea is poorly made and very weak and the tea dispensers look like they have some kind of gooey sludge coming off of them sometimes as if they have not been cleaned in a while. My Burgers seem like they're always thrown together with the ingredients on half of the bun but not on the other side so I have to pull my burger apart just to reassemble it to make it an evenly made Burger. I've had my burger smashed and even had it remade and got it back smashed again. I've given this place way too many chances to improve on there ability to make a good quality Burger but I'm finding myself looking for other places to eat now or even other Whataburgers that are way out of my way since this one has done such a poor job. Reputations are earned overtime and this one now has a pretty poor reputation when it comes to my taste and likings. I keep thinking they will get it right but apparently management here is doing a poor job even after several complaints face to face with managers. I guess talking face-to-face to them doesn't really do much so now I'm taking to writing for all to see the problems that I have had. Every time I go to another Whataburger they seem to blow this place away...
Read moreUsed to be my favorite whataburger now i dont know that ill be returning to one again. Cashier was excellent and friendly. The girl who brought us our food came around twice within two minutes offering ketchup and then when i did recieve my food it was all a bit cold as if it had been sitting for some time and it was not a busy time for them. I told her about it and she said she’d bring me a brand new one. Well brand new apparently means reheated in this whataburger. I got back the same exact same sandwich just a tad bit warmer. Emphasis on a tad, the cheese hadn’t even melted. The fries tasted like they just threw them back into the fryer for a couple more minutes as they were hard as rocks. I sent it back again, she apologized and brought it back. I witnessed her and the manager put their fingers all over the sandwich and take it to the back, not throw it away into the trash can right beside them. The manager never once came out to say anything and when i was leaving i walked past telling him they had terrible service and he was only able to laugh at me...
