Worst customer service ever. I'm a Doordash driver and have witnessed first hand hiw they treat their customers while waiting for the order I was picking up.
More than 1 occasion they talk back to customers with attitude. They argue back and say bye.
Well today, I was a victim of their service myself.
While dashing, I decided to take a break and order thru the mobile app. It was during dinner rush and did not want to go thru the drive thru so I chose "instore pickup".
I get to the location to see a sign saying lobby closed.
Ok, I call the store directly, no answer. Goes straight to a machine. At this point, after I already paid, I try to cancel the order thru the app. Option not available after already paid theu the app.
So now my only option is to wait in the drive thru line to speak to them via the speaker.
I told them , to cancel my order as I am not waiting in drive thru as that was the whole point of in store pick up.
Some "man" replies back that if I can order on app I can cancel. I said, no i cannot. The option isn't there.
He then replies with, well, I don't know what to tell you. Have a nice day. (Sarcasticly)
I again tell him to cancel my order so I can go elsewhere. He then threatens me that he will call the cops when I said u will wait here until my order is canceled.
Very unprofessional.
While picking up doordash orders here, they don't even acknowledge you in the lobby for atleast 5-10 minutes. Same goes for regular customers.
Rude staff.
This place needs to be reset with people who actually know hiw to treat people.
I still didn't get my refund. And they marked my order complete.
I will be contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning to report the person I spoke with at drive thru as well as the store all together.

Read moreI received the most pathetic service at this location. I ordered and paid for my food online. I indicated I would pick it up in the drive through. Got in my car and drove there, sat in line and said I'm here to pick up an online order for Stephanie. The cashier closed the window, looked for my order, couldn't find it (it was a taco/burrito combo with a drink). She opens up the window and tells me to pull over because my order isn't ready...so I pull over to the nearest parking space. A dozen cars come and go so I'm getting frustrated. I pull around to the entrance, park, go inside. No one is at the front register, but lots of people are working back in the kitchen fixing orders ( I counted at least 4). I stand there for another minute or two before the same drive through window cashier comes to the front and asks what she can do for me...um, like, where is my online order? What's your name? STEPHANIE! You told me to pull over my food wasn't ready, you'd bring it out to me! "Here's your order" (it was bagged up, sitting on the counter). I thought you were going to bring it out to me? "Well, were short handed" Really??? You tell me to pull over and don't deliver my food to me when you say you will, because I pre ordered it and you haven't made it, then leave it sitting on a counter in the restaurant? "We are short handed" she repeats as she walks away... no apologies. I took my food and left. Needless to say I was miffed. I didn't get my drink (it wasn't with my food on the counter and comes with a combo), my crispy taco was anything but crispy (it fell apart in its wrapper) and both the taco and burrito were cold cold cold. Read moreWent to get food from inside at 8pm 10-28-21. Lobby looked a wreck. Ordered food on the kiosk and paid with card receipt to my email. Got food after 20 minutes. Employee set the cup down and "drink for Logan" and walked off. Get my food and drive home. Wife went to eat her crunch wrap supreme and there was no meat. I paid extra for steak. Went back to the store and went in. Stood at the front counter for 20 minutes. Customers came and left while I waited. Whole time no one acknowledged me or other customers were there. Yes they saw us and said nothing. Get helped and tell the team leader they messed up the food and I wanted it made right. 5 minutes later another team leader comes forward to tell me they don't have steak and it would be a 30 minute wait. I said I wanted the food made as a regular crunch wrap and I wanted the managers name and a number to reach her. Employee would not give me her name. He would not give me the store number or phone number. He did want to argue and tell me he knows how to do his job. Guess he just didn't want to do his job.... also wouldn't give me a refund because he couldn't pull up past orders. He sets the food down says remake and walks off. So I get to eat all my food cold due to their mistakes and poor customer service. I guess when you work for a multi-million dollar company it doesn't matter how you make the food, how you treat customers, and that you don't take any pride...
