This Burger King is one of the filthiest places to come and eat. I literally have to clean the fountain area or the tables This burgeoning is family owned. They must just come in when money is rolling in their pockets. This place has always been a dirty place to come for dinner or supper. Itās never clean and the dang tv. The reception is lousy. If you come in itās clean your own areaš¤£. I use to work at a Burger King in Minnesota and it was spotless I op-ed it up started breakfast. How can remember the burger buddies I miss those. Anyway on one of my visits I asked to have tables clean they never came. So I told her just give me the towel and manager had no problem giving it to me cus I was done waiting to have a clean table. The Atmosphere itās a one star. āļø itās always feels unclean air. Food I uses to work at a Burger King in Minnesota and it was very tasty. Fresh. Mine was like warm so it was already made. And was left to long in the container after itās cooked .itās supposed to be microwaved a few seconds and it wasnāt. The cashier I gave her a 4 not for the service of food it was not good fries š weāre old they donāt even have the heat lamp šŖ on since 6yrs ago itās still broke. Are they that cheap canāt go to home depot and buy one. So the service is for the young girl that took my order was very polite and friendly. Other than that this place is a DUMP! She shud work elsewhere. Also on one of our visits a year ago one of the workers was grabbing fries with his hands and dipping in ketchup. I did call the manager and told her he is literally putting his hands and picking thru fries. I donāt want those. This is family owned like I mentioned . And they are doing nothing to clean this dump up. Why I go here this was my last time. Iād thought they would have redeemed themselves. And itās still the same go somewhere else. My husband just sent me photos of the urinals the caulking look more like icing like a 3 year-old did the job. 1st of all :: this BK is seriously outdated - and it's clearly obvious even when driving up and seeing the drive-thru menu. Light fixtures don't work and pieces of the menu are torn out. It's just NOT well maintained from the outside, that's for sure. Sadly, it looks like a dirty place to eat.
2nd :: The freshness of my chicken sandwich wasn't all that well. I ended up discarding the sandwich after 2-bites...it just didn't taste right. And I seriously doubt ((going back to BK)) if any formal complaints would've changed anything at all.
Another thing I noticed while waiting at the drive-thru lane: communication amongst co-workers were definitely lacking in collaboration...almost as if they chose not to work together...perhaps because of "tenure tensions" - who knows ??? But it's clear Mgt. and/or Leadership need to restructure employee standardizations inside that BK location. It was disappointing to see that.
In retrospect, this BK has a lot of potential, but someone needs to step in from the outside ((or from Corporate)) and "FLIP" this BK restaurant. And to its owner and/or Investor if you were to undertake such a project - don't pay any attention on "COST" for now. It obviously has a lot of business attention driving through that intersection everyday...so that alone should tell you that the "cost" will pay for itself A-L-L because of its busy intersection...but it lacks the true Leadership so that it can "financially flourish" the way it should today.
Overall, I honestly don't see myself returning to this BK location. The experience here was very disappointing to see. Perhaps other BK locations will alter my perception about BK. But for now, I'll buy my chicken sandwiches...

After a long week at the ER, it's like 9:30pm; I decided I wanted some chicken fries. BK commercials had been blasting in my face all day. Price ain't bad.. I pull up - only 4 cars in the drivethru? Great. No one inside but 2 employees sitting at the booths on their phone. I don't really care about phones at work WHEN it doesnt affect business... Ordered 1 impossible whopper for my spouse and chicken fries for me. Got told to park around the side cause they're dropping the chicken fries fresh. Cool... get my order. Head back to the hospital to be with my S/O... they haven't been eating well, so I hope this helps... Not only did I not get chicken fries after that wait, but the nuggets I got were cold.. The burger only had toppings on 1/3 of it. One. Third... I know things get busy, and maybe understaffing happened (benefit of a doubt), but like. Ow. I'm already having a horrific week and this just extra sucks. BK is so out of the way for me, and I went out of my way to go there...was feeling nostalgic for it. Wanted those dang chicken fries. Paid for more than I got since nuggets cost less... Guess I won't be...
