Everything about this visit was horrible. I love yalls location normally, but today was awful. First off, I received the email telling me about the new Car Hop Classic specials.
The person told me they were discontinued. (Hours after I recieved the email from yall?!?) After explaining the email of HER specials to her, she found it. Then I tried to order one of each. she then told me AGAIN it was discontinued. This all over again?! Again explaining the promotional email to her AGAIN she figured it out. Our food came out quickly and the car hop was friendly.
Both of our drinks were mismarked and she told me wrong as she handed them to me so I ended up taking a drink of someone else's drink in my car!
The burger which was clearly marked on the receipt NO pickles ADD tomato, lettuce, and onion. Was loaded with pickle and had NO tomato, lettuce, or onion at all! Which was horrible for the person recieving that meal because he's allergic to pickles and was unable to eat his burger!
Please don't even get me started on the philly cheese steak. It looked like it was pulled out of the freezer section of the dollar tree! I got over the appearance but was quickly put off by the saltiness of the meat! It was completely inedible, and I have a VERY forgiving pallet! It also lacked the mayo as per the description.
Needless to say I apparently paid hard earned money for some really great tater tots, since that was the only thing that was able to be eaten in both meals.
There were multiple times during this experience could have been resolved and at no time did we even receive an apology, and left after enjoying our $9 tater tots!
Giving this 2 stars ONLY because those were some bomb...
Read moreWorst. Sonic. Ever. Filthy, inside and out. Can't get orders right, 95% of the time. Overcooks everything fried, 95% of the time. Ordering something to be ready ASAP on the app means waiting 15 minutes AFTER you get there to get your order. Half the time, they don't have something you want for your order.
Worst of all: They are known, outright LIARS and THIEVES. I had an order of onion rings that they couldn't fulfill. They tell me I have to call the customer support line to get a refund for their incompetence. HAVING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REFUND IS A LIE. The customer support line won't do partial refunds, only the restaurant itself can do that, per company policy. The SONIC customer service line told me that.
DO NOT COME TO THIS THIEVING, SORRY EXCUSE FOR A "RESTAURANT." You are wasting your time and money. If you must have sonic, go to the Rim location. They have something of a clue out there.

Genuinely 45 minutes waiting with no response. Finally I decide to go through the drive thru, 4 cars took about 15 minutes. When I pull up, THEN they tell me they don’t have ice cream so they can’t make a blast. They hand me the slushie which is so watered down, they probably made it as soon as the order came through, never delivered it and just let it sit there. I’m so confused as to if they were ever going to come out and let me know they couldn’t make the blast or just think I was going to leave? I have no idea. Then they tell me since I ordered online I had to contact customer service about a refund. I contact customer service and they found that the appropriate response was a coupon for a free small blast with a purchase within 30 days. Terrible solution.
