Burger King — Restaurant in San Antonio

Wish i could give this place 0 stars. I asked for our food to be fresh. The WHOLE STAFF WAS STONED. They took my order i felt bad for these kids that were here 10 min before us. We got ALL Our food before them. They forgot their orders. The kids noticed we ate before them went up while i was asking for sauces. Some guys comes around the corner eating an oreo milkshake in front of us says "Aww man i aint gonna help you, hes coming right now," and leaves to the back and waits for the cashier guy. Homeless people were coming in and out and "Bartering" with the employees, the manager kept passing money back and fourth to what seemed like a prostitue. The kids whos meals were messed up were talking about drugs, guns, and dope dealing. There was no music playing so you can CLEARLY Hear everything going on. The manager was a VERY Unprofessional kid. While our food. everything was hot, except our nuggets were mix natched some were microwaved some were fresh so disgusting we didnt even finish them. My mother was VERY DISSAPOINTED AND UPSET That we would have to spend Money on this trash. I was afraid to complain cuz i thought i would get beat up by the ghetto staff. Overall just a horrible experience all together. Rather hit a bk near my house. My poor mother. And nobody answers the phone so more than likelly im calling their corporate...

DONT EAT HERE !!! .WORST FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED , first time going into this location and its my last . Very rude lady at the counter took my order , just got a whopper ,fries and a small value drink, everything was good until i asked for more ketchup , the lady at the counter said they ran out right after i saw her give a handful to a customer ahead of me , i ignored her and asked the other worker behind her and she gave me more ketchup . Then i sit down take a drink and its just the carb no soda , i go up just to be ignored for the longest time .. then i said i think they needed to change to sprite cause i think its out , and asked for more . They took my cup and again was ignored , with no customers these ladies ignored me standing there until i reminded them about my soda , after finally correcting it , i went to my food and it was all already cold . I didnt care at this point and just wanted to leave ..but Before leaving i drank my drink and stood there again for awhile and asked for a refill ..with a rude tone the lady said THERE IS NO REFILLS like i was supposed to know :( THE WORST ... Just dont visit unless your used to this type of service ..last time...

Went to the establishment . First impression there was more homeless inside the dining room then customers. A ratio of 6/2 me and another customer who has been waiting for his order way before I got there . Before ordering my food a Burger King lady employee told me that she did not know who to help first the drive-thru . Or the front counter? She finally took my order. About 10 minutes into it the other customer stands in front of the front counter to get noticed. About another 10 minutes into it. She finally gives the customer the meal. Telling him that she lost his ticket asking him is that what you ordered . Now I've already invested 20 minutes into it . I can tell that she's concentrating more on the drive-thru . After 10 more minutes Finally another employee asked me what I ordered. And wouldn't you know the same lady employee told me she also lost my ticket. telling me what was it that i ordered. Finally I got my order and I asked the other employee who was that lady employee. Wouldn't you know that was the GM of that Burger King . Shocked and bewildered that I got that type of...
