Update; We've been here a few thousand times like everyone else. The food is still good, but could be better. Perhaps because they are so busy, they slap stuff together knowing everyone will come back regardless of food quality or order accuracy. It's too bad they got rid of indoor seating. When it's too hot or cold outside nobody will eat on their new patio. We usually go thru the mile long drive thru, but we dined in for lunch on February 21st. and were even more disappointed. We did the mobile order ahead, so when you sit down you enter your table number so they know what table to bring your food. Before sitting down we had to go get sanitary wipes from the counter as all tables and chairs were disgusting. We should not have to clean up someone else's mess! After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I went to the counter to ask why the long wait and why is the drive thru moving thru nearly non-stop. The lady behind the counter said their priority is the drive thru because of DoorDash and other similar pick ups and to keep the long drive thru moving. I guess they don't care about dine in customers. We eventually got our food and it was good. There were 4 of us and they only gave us 1 ketchup and 1 Chick-fil-A sauce. Why? I had to go ask for more and when I sat down I saw one of them split open and I'm sure full of germs. After seeing how they operate it was very sad. Not a way to run a business.

@ChickfilA I don't normally leave any reviews other than clicking a few stars on my Google maps, however I thought today would be a perfect day to do it. my grandmother, who is my whole entire world has been in the hospital after having heart problems, she finally got cleared to eat food, and the hospital food was terrible. so on my way to see her, I stopped at Chick-Fil-A at Alamo ranch and Jonathan took my order in the drive thru. If you've ever been to San Antonio and know the location, you know that they are always cuhhhrazzyyy busy. Jonathan was the most amazing person I have ever spoken to at a restaurant. When I was ordering my grandmother's meal I was very particular and told him it was for her and that she was in the hospital waiting. He stopped, told me he was so sorry she was there, that he'd be praying for her and hoped she felt better soon. His attitude was AMAZING! I thanked him for being out in the drive thru in the 100° heat and said i appreciated him and he responded with "anything for y'all, y'all are the reason I have a job to come to, so i appreciate you!" ALL THIS WHILE TAKING MY ORDER AND SLOWLY MOVING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. I wasn't there for no more than 10 mins if even that. Give this man a raise. He made my entire day.

I would like to say my experience was great and the customer service was very good. The employees were very attentive to my needs and very helpful with any questions that I had. I would like to bring up one employee in particular who went above and beyond to help me out her name is Amalie and I would like to give her recognition. She went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and helped me out navigate your Chick-fil-A app and helped me to order furthermore she made sure my order was correct even when she brought it out. That in my eyes is excellent customer service and attentiveness to the customers needs. I hope she goes on further and would love to have more employees like her that create a great experience. Go to any other Chick-fil-a except this one. My family and I had a horrible experience on June 18, 22. We were all extremely hungry after returning from a long flight and we all decided on Chick-fil-a. We placed our order inside and waited for it to be ready to take to-go. It was taking a long time but we figured it was because it was busy, which in reality was actually normal compared to any other day. My wife finally decided to if the food was going to be ready soon. The cashier girl just looked at her and said "we're pretty busy", without even asking her name or order info. One worker girl on the side, overheard and asked my wife for her name and receipt. She took it back to a supervisor looking person (dressed differently) and a big group of them discussed amongst themselves. Nobody gave us any info so we had to ask what the delay was. Finally the same girl who took our receipt told us that the order was not made but they were making it now. By this time 15 mins had already passed from the timebwe ordered. We waited another ten mins and still no food! Another worker noticed us there and asked what order we were waiting for. He went to go check in and said they were still working on it. You would have thought they would have made our food a priority at this point. We saw at least 10-15 orders come out before ours. The worker asked us if we wanted some cookies to make it better but I all wanted was my food. In the middle of all this another couple had just finished complaining about their food (not sure what about) and walked out. On the way out they told us "good luck getting your food". Hopefully they too leave a review on here. After waiting an additional several mins, I was finally fed up and decides to get my money back. I walked up and at that time a different worker was walking around lost with a bag asking who it was for. I gave them the name of the order and asked if that was it and she just looked at me. I changed my response and asked "is that for the order y'all forgot" and she said yes. She said she gave us some cookies for the trouble but I clearly stated I didn't care for the cookies and that wasn't going to eat them. They didn't seem to care. I didn't get an apology. They didn't seem to understand my frustration. The person in charge never approached us. They didn't care to ask how to make it right. The whole thing took 30 mins +. On top of it all, they didn't get our order correct. I highly don't...

I recently had an experience at Chick-Fil-A that left me feeling quite disappointed. Not only were multiple items missing/wrong from my order, but despite the restaurant's recent remodeling efforts, they still had the entire second lane closed, causing unnecessary merging and congestion.

Firstly, I was disheartened to find that several items were missing/wrong from my order. It's frustrating when you're looking forward to enjoying a specific meal, only to realize that key components are absent. This lack of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders is certainly disappointing and reflects poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve never had this problem with this company before.

Furthermore, the restaurant had recently undergone a remodeling process, which I had hoped would improve the overall experience. However, it was perplexing to see that they still had the entire second lane closed, forcing all customers to merge just as they did before the renovation. This lack of consideration for traffic flow and customer convenience undermines the purpose of the remodeling efforts and leaves me questioning the restaurant's commitment to providing better service.

In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. The missing items from my order and the failure to address the traffic congestion issue despite the recent remodeling were both disappointing. I went to this place today and ordered some nuggets (which by the way, are mini nuggets), but they were delicious. You have to ask for the order of 12 because with the order of six you will be left hungry. On the other hand I want to acknowledge the person who attended me, that person does not know the inexplicable happiness that entered me when at the end of the order he told me, "Have a blessed day." And yes, I was taken by surprise by the fact that she told me, but even more so, the fact that I don't know why those words caused an immediate change in me: I can't explain it! But what a joy! After I received the order I had to go back to call the person and ask for their name in order to do this review. Myellie; thanks! Those words were for me although maybe you don't know what it did to me when you said it. I felt that it was something so personal, that God was with you, that you have an angel next to you who takes care of you and does not detach, who does not leave you alone. And all your beautiful being, your soul, your spirit, your good heart, whatever it could have been, came out through your words. And I can keep writing while looking for the perfect word to describe what I felt, but I know I won't be able to explain it. What yes, is that I am so happy after you told me that. I admire you! I will ask God to continue blessing your life and grant the requests of your heart....
