Go to any other Chick-fil-a except this one. My family and I had a horrible experience on June 18, 22. We were all extremely hungry after returning from a long flight and we all decided on Chick-fil-a. We placed our order inside and waited for it to be ready to take to-go. It was taking a long time but we figured it was because it was busy, which in reality was actually normal compared to any other day. My wife finally decided to if the food was going to be ready soon. The cashier girl just looked at her and said "we're pretty busy", without even asking her name or order info. One worker girl on the side, overheard and asked my wife for her name and receipt. She took it back to a supervisor looking person (dressed differently) and a big group of them discussed amongst themselves. Nobody gave us any info so we had to ask what the delay was. Finally the same girl who took our receipt told us that the order was not made but they were making it now. By this time 15 mins had already passed from the timebwe ordered. We waited another ten mins and still no food! Another worker noticed us there and asked what order we were waiting for. He went to go check in and said they were still working on it. You would have thought they would have made our food a priority at this point. We saw at least 10-15 orders come out before ours. The worker asked us if we wanted some cookies to make it better but I all wanted was my food. In the middle of all this another couple had just finished complaining about their food (not sure what about) and walked out. On the way out they told us "good luck getting your food". Hopefully they too leave a review on here. After waiting an additional several mins, I was finally fed up and decides to get my money back. I walked up and at that time a different worker was walking around lost with a bag asking who it was for. I gave them the name of the order and asked if that was it and she just looked at me. I changed my response and asked "is that for the order y'all forgot" and she said yes. She said she gave us some cookies for the trouble but I clearly stated I didn't care for the cookies and that wasn't going to eat them. They didn't seem to care. I didn't get an apology. They didn't seem to understand my frustration. The person in charge never approached us. They didn't care to ask how to make it right. The whole thing took 30 mins +. Firstly, I was disheartened to find that several items were missing/wrong from my order. It's frustrating when you're looking forward to enjoying a specific meal, only to realize that key components are absent. This lack of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders is certainly disappointing and reflects poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve never had this problem with this company before.
Furthermore, the restaurant had recently undergone a remodeling process, which I had hoped would improve the overall experience. However, it was perplexing to see that they still had the entire second lane closed, forcing all customers to merge just as they did before the renovation. This lack of consideration for traffic flow and customer convenience undermines the purpose of the remodeling efforts and leaves me questioning the restaurant's commitment to providing better service.

Read moreI went to this place today and ordered some nuggets (which by the way, are mini nuggets), but they were delicious. You have to ask for the order of 12 because with the order of six you will be left hungry. On the other hand I want to acknowledge the person who attended me, that person does not know the inexplicable happiness that entered me when at the end of the order he told me, "Have a blessed day." And yes, I was taken by surprise by the fact that she told me, but even more so, the fact that I don't know why those words caused an immediate change in me: I can't explain it! But what a joy! After I received the order I had to go back to call the person and ask for their name in order to do this review. Myellie; thanks! Those words were for me although maybe you don't know what it did to me when you said it. I felt that it was something so personal, that God was with you, that you have an angel next to you who takes care of you and does not detach, who does not leave you alone. And all your beautiful being, your soul, your spirit, your good heart, whatever it could have been, came out through your words.
